Keeps My Curls Poppin'!
I LOVE this gel. It's easy to apply, clumps my curls effortlessly, and doesn't leave a crunchy feeling when dry. A staple for all natural haired girls!
Doesn't Hold My Curls
I really thought i'd like this gel but I feel like it doesn't hold my curls or define them and it also doesn't lay my hair long. if I try to do a slick back bun my edges are lifted in like 30 minutes.
Good hold
Cantu's Maximum Hold is ok. It didn't hold my hair in place that well and it left my hair a bit dry. I don't think that I will be purchasing another jar.
Cantu fail
I am a long time Cantu fan and was excited to try this gel that wasn't in my local store. Unfortunately it was a big fail for me. So thick that I can't imagine it would be good for anything other than smoothing edges.

This Cantu gel is great! I bought this gel for my curly/wavy hair and it worked very well. My curls were defined and not frizzy! One thing I didn't like was that it has a rubbing alcohol smell. It lasted 3/4 days before I washed my hair again. I would buy this again!

I like this so far! It definitely has a good hold. Works great for my curls. You don't have to use a tone either. Smells wonderful.
I love using this
I love using this on my edges when I put my hair in a ponytail! It keeps my hair in place and makes it look so elegant! It's cheap to buy and I definitely will keep using it! It last all day when you apply it! So I definitely recommend it to all who are looking for a great styling gel!
