Perfect every time
I bake it in the oven on parchment for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Dust it with a little flour and season with pepper. Comes out perfectly crisp. Not too thin or thick and great flavour.
Best bacon ever!
I had to write a review after seeing the last review. I've never had my PC bacon look like that! I'm guessing it's how that person cooked the bacon, not the product itself. This is my #1 bacon choice, followed closely by the NoName brand. Would like to add this is 500g, not the smaller 375g packages other brands have to fool you into thinking you're getting a pound (454g)
