I have been using palmers cocoa butter solid jar product for over 30 years. The new formula is absolutely terrible. The ingredients are cheap and they dried out my skin. Tried the new "original formula" for 6 months. The color, smells, consistency have all changed. Noticed it immediately upon opening the first jar. I started having breakouts after the 2nd month. I have NEVER had breakouts. Used to swear by this as my go to regime. It's sad when companies choose profits over quality believing their brand identify will keep customers. Now my family and I are searching for a suitable natural cocoa butter. Bring back the original formula with the original quality of ingredients!

I have been using this product for decades. I have psoriasis and it has helped a great deal for the roughness. I also use it on my face after my nightly facials and I am 65 and people tell me I look like I am in my late 40's. I have ZERO crows feet around my eyes or forehead. This also smells soo nice and feels good on the skin. Worth the money.

I love this but didn't realize it contained mineral oil. No way do l want this on my body. Please find a way to replace it with something else.

I bought this product a few months ago because my heels were so dry, also my skin. I put it on my heals twice a day and oh my Gosh I'm so happy with the results. Never thought of taking a before and after photo. But now I have my grandma, aunt, cousin, my children using it too. And I also recommend it to my coworkers. Thank you for this product ❤️❤️

One of my favorites from there product line it's smooth, keeps you moisturized and last all day and isn't as greasy as the oil. 10/10 best for face skin and elbows keeps you snort and smooth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great butter based moisturizer.

As always, whenever I need to not be ashy here comes Palmers! It smells great, it's moisturizing, it's thick enough but light enough to last all day without leaving a cast or feeling of heaviness. Great product overall.

Pls is this the real Palmer or is fake?? because I just bought another one and I'm skeptical about it because is quite different from what have been using. The NET WT.270g/9.5 oz.e while the old one I was using is NET WT.200g/7.5 oz.e. please I need help

It has much changed. I am not an expert but there are so many additives in like. First ingredient on your Skin Therapy formula is CANOLA OIL!? That's very dangerous from cancer to toxic herbicides. Cocoa should be much higher on the list of ingredients. I purchased this bottle a year ago and it's still sitting in my bathroom almost full. I won't be using it. I hope others research your product ingredients. The newer generation doesn't know the difference as your product was once pure and genuine but the older generation does notice. Sorry Palmers. After all these years you have let me down.

My wife and I have been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter for years. We have a little bit of the old jar left and I purchased a new jar recently. We compared them and there is something different. There is a noticeable chemical smell in the new jar. and the consistency is not the same. Though the ingredients may be listed the same however we noticed the difference. Those have used this for years will notice the difference.

Love Palmer Original as it smells yummy like Peanut Butter and so Creamy. However, I do use Jergens Original with Cherry Almond Scent my all time favorite
