I just dyed my hair with Sapphire Black and it looks amazing!! My hair feels healthy and soft, and it has a gorgeous shine to it! I've used other blue-black dyes and never got results as good as this!

My hair has never been so shiny! Color is long lasting and vibrant. Leaves hair soft and in better condition than before using product. Love it!

I have been using Schwarzkopf hair die for years, month after month and always happy with them till yesterday. My natural color is very dark brown, wanted the blue undertone on this color, I thought something different. Well that was a waste of $20 ( I have very thick and long hair I had to use two boxes). Their description states - luminous color performance and accuracy - well no, the color came out black. Just black- stays unnatural dull black. Their description states - shiny hair - that is not true for me either - my hair is matte, dull black, even after I put plenty of hair polisher. They state soft to touch, again not true for me- my hair is left dry and unnatural looking. Another thing - be aware - the color would not stop bleeding, I ran my hair under water with shampoo and the conditioner that came with the die literally for over one hour, it would not rinse clean. I am having hard time believing, such a reputable company with such a poor quality product. I wonder what is in that die. Schwarzkopf really needs to take a look at that.

I loved the way my hair turned out after I dyed it but I noticed that it's starting to fade and its been a week and a half? And also every time I shower I notice blue dye still coming out. Really bummed out bc I really did like the color. Wouldn't recommend it to be honest.

I really loved the color that came out from using this product. It's very vibrant and shiny making my hair look very healthy. The only downside is that it's been almost a month since I applied it and every time I shampoo my hair blue hair dye comes out. It's happened since day one and it's starting to get annoying. Next time I'll stick to just a black hair dye without the blue tone.

I got this color because i wanted a nice bright blue tint to my hair while being able to still have black like i always wanted. It came out even brighter than i hoped its amazing. For someone whose been told they couldnt have black hair it compliments my skin beautifully. Very pleased.

I was happy with the color when it first got on my hair. But i like changing hair colors a lot, but no matter what brand of hairdye i use or what color, whether its a dark brown or a lightening kit, THIS COLOR DOES NOT GO AWAY. It has been over 4 months. I have perminent black hair and my roots (which are naturally blonde) are now dyed with a dark brown and my hair is still this dang black color. I don't know what to do to change the color without destroying my hair. I will never dye my hair with this product again. Its only good if you never want to change your hair color.

I think this product is good. It covered my grey fairly well. I am going to monitor to see if the dye stays on my grey after I wash it 2 weeks. The box comes with shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is very creamy and have a really nice smell.. After applying and shampooing my hair feels silky. Even after blow drying my hair kept it's color and felt nice and silky. It even held the wonder smell. I recommend this product and will use it again.
