The first thing I noticed about this cordless /rechargeable waterpik was the lack of any charge indicator. I can't think of any other rechargeable appliance I have that doesn't have SOME type of charge indicator (most with color change, to indicate full charge). I find this lack to be problematic, s...ince it leaves you to guess if there's an adequate charge for use. The water reservoir is removable, although I'm not sure why: if you try to fill the tank while separate from the unit, the water just flows out the back. The water pik functions well, and it's convenient not having the cord and hose to bother with (like the countertop units). The smaller (than countertop units) tank size does require a refill or two to do a complete job. I'm still on the initial charge, so I can't comment on battery life yet...
I bought this 18 months ago. After a year the battery has been undercharging, and even required new charge after 2-3 uses. And then it was not charged enough. I took the entire thing apart, and discovered that the motor was charged, but the pressure to push water through the channels overwhelmed the... motor force. Once put back together it did better for a few weeks, but now is back to dying after only 2-3 uses.
So far so good. Seems to deliver what it promised.
It is easy to use and does a good job, even getting debris out of my teeth after flossing. It is very messy when using. One annoyance is not having a charging light - there is no way to know when to charge it or when it is done charging. I would give it 5 stars if it had a charge light.
Plenty of power. Quite. Sucks up all the water in the tank. Holds charge.
Bought this today. Am charging right now. Can't wait to try it out.
it does help clean my teeth and my gums but shoots water all over the place. you have to have it in your mouth with your mouth basically closed all the way or the water just starts shooting every where. its a messy clean up
Great water pick snd pretty powerful for its size. Never used one before and like the way this performs.

I love this unit I am out of town all the time I would not buy a Countertop unit it dose not fit my needs.
I definitely love owning a water pik but this newer model I bought recently I am not happy with. Filling the water is while laying on the side vs. my past putting in top. Now it doesn't hold a full amount and seems to run out if water quickly. I also feel water is going everywhere. The water pik and my hand are very wet.
I purchased the Waterpik Cordless Plus five years ago and it is still working well. Actually it is working the same as when it was purchased. It is easy to use and doesn't require much maintenance. It does a great job at removing food or other debris from between my teeth and it cleans my gums well. I noticed that I have less tartar and my dentist complimented me on how well I've been taking care of my teeth. I would recommend this to someone that is looking for a quality water flosser that lasts for years.
