I bought my Creami in 2023, used it less than a handful of times, then tucked it away. I started using it again the last month, mostly daily to have protein ice cream. This last week, the blade started to pop off. I got it to work after the fist time but not after. Understanding my warranty is expired, this machine has less than 50 uses. Like other reviews, Ninja offered me 30% off for a new machine. After seeing multiple reviews that this is a known issue for this machine, why would I spend more money on another knowing there's a chance it could happen again. If there hadn't been so many others saying they experienced the same issue, I might have considered sinking more money into a new one… the concept is great but seems the design has issue.

Me and my wife love this thing we just got unpacked after moving. We made countless ice creams and smoothies using this machine. It works really well for creating protein ice cream as well. The texture that comes out using these recipes is amazing as well!

This is a great product. I love the detect feature. The suction is very powerful. I only gave 4 stars because I can't vacuum my area rugs with it. The suction is too strong and it gets the rug caught in the brush. I have to get out my ore k for that which is a hassle. The whine reason I got this vacuum is to not have yo use 2 separate devices. My other complaint is that this is pretty heavy. I will say shark honors their guarantee. They replaced my other one nearly a year later after the first one stopped working.

In our house we are all obsessed!! We can have ice cream free of guilt as much as we want to because of this machine 🥳 I can do the healthiest versions and they all come out delicious! Dairy free, fat free and sugar free. I just keep telling everyone they must get one!!

It's great during the summertime. But I rarely use it In the winter. Love making smoothies and low calorie ice cream with it. Great to make acaci bowls

After 3 months of use I can reassure you these are not safe to use. In the off chance you get the blade to stay on as you attempt to lock the canister in position, you're likely to get a terrible grinding noise, followed by an emergency stop and a retraction. Open the lid and you'll see the pieces of metal that were once the teeth of the blade and the grooves that were once the drive shaft of the motor, atop your frozen dessert. Terrible engineering and execution.

I just got mine and I love it I can control the sweetness so my ice cream isn't so sweet that's it's good!!

What I really like is the versatility. It can make ice cream, gelato, sorbets, milkshakes, and even healthier options like smoothie bowls. The texture is surprisingly close to what you get in a professional ice cream shop.
