I started buying this for my b tiny toy poodle because she is so picky. I actually had Gracie eating it within 2weeks. I buy mine from my local grocery store. I cant believe Gracie eats it but she sure does and u can tell how much better her fur looks. Its so shiny! She plays more and she acts like she feels so much better! I am afraid to try a different kind because Gracie loves the cranberries in it. Thanks Fresh Pet

My 2 dogs have loved fresh pet, but you changed it, I am curious why, because they now hate it, won't eat it, sniff it, look at it and if they are hungry enough they will finally dive in but what happens after is awful. What was wrong with the original? The color of the food and the shape of the food has changed. Fortunately, I can still find the non improved formula at my grocery stores, but who knows for how long, so I am making a change now before that and really sad as they loved your food until you changed it. Sometimes change is good, in this case, you lost a customer. Dogs can be finicky, change doesn't go over well, and my babies are what matters most, so going to Farmers Dog.

My little Boston terrier used to be picky and might not eat but once per day. Now when I get up in the morning she bounces while I fix her breakfast. She loves Fresh pet food. We have no problem having her eat twice a day and she literally loves it.

We used to feed our dog with this brand for about 3-4 months. Aprox. 3 weeks ago, we bought a bag of different recipe and our dog got stomach upset next day. I stop using this food and cookie for my dog and she got well immediately. Then we got another bag with the usual recipe, thw one in the photo, and got sick again the very next day of having it. Unfortunately, we had to stop buying this product.

"New and improved" product - in my opinion, not so. Our dog enjoyed this product for several years but will no longer eat it. The color of the chunks of food is unappealing and the smell seems "off". We have transitioned our dog to a different brand and she is once again enjoying her meals.

Made my dog sick had to go to vet and pay 1000 dollars because it inflamed her stomach and almost killed her I am so angry

Like I stated in my comments, my dogs have eaten the old recipe for years and loved the big chunks. Now they do not eat it and will sit and stare at their bowls until I take it out. Please go back to the old recipe.

This is the only pet food my chihuahua will eat. I spent somewhere between $150 to 200 dollars on trying to find food that he wood eat. He is a rescue and didn't know much about his eating habits. thank the Lord for Fres Pet.

I am so frustrated with this product, we were having to shred it up and cut it after we bought each bag for our dog because they choked on the big clumps and then they went to this really nice lighter in color, shredded version of the food that our pets loved and now we're back to where it was at the beginning, except for the label says new recipe new and improved. It's not new and improved. We have a bag in our refrigerator of the newer, shredded nice kind and now we have this huge clumped up version back again. We have searched all of our grocery stores and apparently you guys changed back to the old recipe because now we have giant clumps of food again and not the shredded nice lighter food that we had for a month.

My dogs loved Freshpet fresh from the kitchen chicken recipe, but now they refuse to touch the new recipe you recently introduced. Please bring the old recipe back. My younger pup has a very sensitive stomach and your old recipe was the only food he would eat that wouldn't cause him upset. You've lost a loyal customer.
