Amazing
I love this cleanser...along with the toner and moisturiser. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and it has cleared my mild acne in days. I have very sensitive, but it's extremely oily. All other cleansers for oily skin burn my face and make my cheeks red and puffy. This is amazing. Totally recommend

Without Triclosan, there's no reason to buy this cleanser
For some reason they decided to remove the only ingredient that made this facial cleanser better than the million other too-expensive, ineffective products out there. We need the old formula !!!
This product is horrible this along with all of the other new formula products the old formula worked amazing. I've used it for years with no problems, but this formula broke me out so bad and left my skin red peeling and in pain please bring back the old formula.asapppppppppppp!
Please bring back the old formula
The old formula with the purple pump was the only facial cleanser I've been able to find that removed oils and dirt without drying my sensitive, acne-prone skin out or leaving a residue. I used it for years. The new formula lacks the key ingredients that made the original work so well. The reformulation makes this product less effective. I don't want to waste my money on something that won't work for my skin. It seems like a lot of people are unhappy with the new formula, as well.
Change for the worse
Miss the ORIGINAL formula. Miss the PUMP bottle. I love the way it worked. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Bring back the original formula
Bring back the original formulation! The new product no longer cleans my face fully.
New version is worthless.
I was forced to give this one star. You can't give it zero Stars on this website. I returned the "new unimproved" version of this product for a full refund. Can't find the old one anymore. I guess they don't care about losing customers. My advice to Johnson & Johnson is bring back the old formula and rename the new one as something else.
Oil free make up removing doesn't dry out
This product is great for oily skin types. Great quality. Washes away dirt oil and make up with out drying you up. Good scent. Great price. And the bottle it great.
New formula is garbage
Used original formula for probably 20 years. Had terrible acne as a kid. This new formula made me break out immediately. Absolutely awful. Bring back the original!
A terrible misstep in changing the formula
They did a terrible terrible thing by switching from the original C&C Essentials face wash to this!! It doesn't work nearly as well and does NOTHING to remove excess oil from the facial area. I had finally found a product that worked extremely well for my skin type, only to find that it is now discontinued... not only that, but was not even replaced with a similar working product! Unfortunately for us all, the previous version was an extremely unique product. There was simply no other product that worked as well as the original C&C Essentials, but now there are NONE! I certainly will never buy another C&C product of any type.
Works well

I have been using the foaming face wash for sensitive skin for years. It is the only face wash that did not irritate my skin. (I cannot even use the orange one.) I bought the foaming face wash with a new formula and my skin feels terrible and feels like it is burning from it. Please bring back the original formula in the original bottle with a purple pump. I will be requesting a refund for the new formula one I bought. It is awful!
