Dried out the day I got it
I got this as my first eyeliner because i thought it would be helpful in practicing, but it dried out the first day of use. It was going fine until it started feeling tacky on my skin and was no longer gliding across it. That's when i noticed that it was drying out and losing pigment. Very sad.

Disappointed
I wish I could say something positive about this product as for 40+ years I have used cover girl products. However I had high hopes for this liner as my fav one was discontinued. I will say the product went on nicely, very smooth application and easy. Once again however, after about two to three weeks it completely dried out. I was able to apply it to half of one eye then nothing would come out. The next day the same thing. Given the cost I am very disappointed as I have never had any issues with cover girl products. Thank you.
Don't recommend
The felt tip makes it super hard to get fine lines done, leaving it looking chunky and messes up easily. The tip is just too flexible for my liking. I find it also drys out super fast making it hard to get a nice wing going. Terrible for drawing in wings aswell

I've been a long time user of the exhibitionist version, and since trying the eye enhancing version, I'm experiencing smudging throughout the day, which is super disappointing and defeats the purpose of wearing liquid eyeliner. Why change a great smudge proof formula??
Ruined since it became "waterproof"
This used to be my favorite liner for years but it doesn't work well anymore since becoming "waterproof." Now, it's harder to edit the edges as I'm going for a particular shape AND it smudges way more throughout the day - the worst of both worlds.
NOT WATERPROOF AND DRIED FIRST USE !
Please listen to my review! I just used for first time today and after 1 eye the brush was dry! I couldn't even get it on properly it was so dry, after I finally got it one the best I could i rushed out of my house to catch bus when I dabbed at my eye and noticed black on my finger , I looked in phone mirror and it was smudged everywhere!! I had no time to go home and clean up so had to use a baby wipe and lotion to scrum ALL my makeup off and leave my face with black stained smudge splotches and red sore skin !
So impressed with this formula!
I love this eyeliner! I use the 300 Rich Brown shade—it gives a softer, more natural look than black but still defines my eyes beautifully. The formula is smooth and doesn't dry out quickly like other liquid liners I've tried. It lasts all day, doesn't smudge, and the applicator makes it easy to get a precise line. Highly recommend!
Horrible. Not waterproof at all
Both this and it said waterproof. As soon as I'm out of the shower it's all smudged and hard to wipe off. This product is horrible!

Does Not Work
Does not work. After one application that is not full, unable to get additional product - no screwing of top or bottom, no instructions on how to increase product for continued use. Had to throw away. Total waste of money.
Fav drugstore eyeliner!
My favorite eyeliner! I sweat a lot and it stays on longer from most of the drugstore item products that I bought. It dries quick and it doesn't irritate my skin. Packaging is perfect!
