Went on smoothly easy to apply felt nice and cooling smell wasn't too overwhelming works excellent

I received a free tub of Olay's Gentle Cleansing Balm in exchange for my honest review. The balm is fragrance-free and does a great job at removing makeup and sunscreen (and face oils if you use them). The balm nicely and easily glides over the face and eye-area, without any causing irritation. After application, the balm can easily be rinsed/wiped off, without leaving any residue. While a shelf life isn't listed on the packaging, because a little goes a long way, I anticipate the cleansing balm lasting for a long time; with that in mind, I appreciate the dual lids (screw on cap overtop a flatter plastic lid) which keep the product protected from the air.

I love that Olay came out with a cleansing balm as I have just gotten into double cleansing. I feel it melts my makeup off well and prepares me for my second cleanser. I will say it does make my eyes blurry when using it to take off eye makeup, but it does not burn or irritate them. It does not have much of a scent either which is a plus, so if you are looking for a good value for your money product, then this is it !

Thanks to PinchMe.com for sending me a FULL SIZE SAMPLE BOTTLE OF Olay Gentle Cleansing Balm for my review. My opinion is it does what it says it does. I like the shape and colors of packaging and this product is super easy to use. It took off my makeup like it said it would. And instead of using a few wipes I was able to just put some on my fingers and rub on my face and rinse off with water and my makeup was off. I different say it worth giving it try completely.

This is a terrific cleanser, and doesn't dry my skin. It feels very smooth and cleanses wonderfully. HOWEVER. Yes, it is fragrance free, but it does have a smell. Like rancid cooking oil. Olay, what is going on? This cannot be an acceptable smell????

I received a free 3.4oz jar Olay Gentle Cleasing Balm from pinchme. When I received the product, I opened the container and found that three Balm had virtually no fragrance and I really liked that since the container days it is fragrance-free. The balm is a soft, solid texture and it's meant to remove makeup, sunscreen, and oil. It appears white in the container and doesn't appear to have any artifical dyes. The product is meant to be applied to dry skin and washed away with water or wiped away with a damp cloth. I have primarily washed it away with water and found it to be very effective for makeup removal, especially when wearing waterproof makeup and mascara. It hasn't made my skin break out after use and overall, I think it's a good product.

I still have to use something else for my eye makeup, this balm just didn't quite cut it when doing eye makeup. It was a different experience using a cleanser in this form I did like that aspect, though. If you don't wear a lot of eye makeup, I think you would enjoy the product. I would recommend it to certain people.

It removes makeup with ease, it just melts into the skin and leaves it feeling safe and moisturized after. Great for use every day.

The texture of this balm is different from other cleansing balms I have used. It felt gritty, not in the exfoliating way. It did not work as well as other balms I have used, and did not rinse easily.
