Wrong dimension in product details?
I have an older version of this and want to get a couple more of the same size - so the lids will be interchangeable. It does not rest perfectly flat on a surface and it has no lips to grip it by.

Great Container!
I've been wanting to replace all my old, pitted plastic containers. I just don't feel good about using so much plastic. This container is great! It's a nice size, it's glass, the lid fits securely. It's just what I was looking for. I'm sure I'll be ordering some more.
Love These Dishes
I bought three of these a while ago, to have glass, reusable containers for freezer meals and they have been great so I bought two more. I can definitely fit a whole recipe's worth of soup, meatloaf, etc. any sort of freezer meal into these dishes. I looked for quite a while and these were the largest glass, lidded food storage containers I could find. I like that they nest for storage, too.

Very disappointed because the lid does not fit tight.
storage workhorse
I've used these for all my meal leftovers for decades. They are tough but the cover will wear out after about 10 years of hard use. I wish they sold the glass and silicone cover for these ones too.
Multiple uses.
A great size and shape. Stacks well. Great sized for the oven, and with the lid, it good for refrigerated foods or works as a cookie jar on the table or counter.
