absolutely disgusting. Not flaky in any manner. Like a hard rice cracker. Sticks to the bottom pie plate like cement. Do not buy this.. Presidents choice products are failing badly all around. I'm shopping elsewhere.
This crust is like cardboard. It tastes like depression. Go with the other brand. This is beyond disappointing, it's insulting.
I have attempted with different fillings and every time it has the texture of soggy cardboard. It even difficult to cut with a fork. Who uses a knife to eat their pie?! It's so bad that even I prefer to make my own crust (that says a lot) and even my gluten free garburator teen son won't eat this crust. It is completely unpalatable and is insulting to even have this as an option to those with limited options as it is.
I used to buy these pie crusts all the time to make pies for my husband who has Celiac disease. At one point they were very hard to find and when they came back into the stores they were different. They are like eating cardboard.
