I used to absolutely love your Professional 3.0 Espresso but when you recently changed your packaging it also became apparent that you changed your ingredients in this dye because after 10 years of using I NEVER once had a bad negative scalp reaction. Until I recently bought your new brand which no longer has the "Professionally label" and is cheaper then the previous Professional dye. Why do you companies always have to mess up stuff? It's was working the way it was and although it was more expensive; it was so worth it. This new mess you all have now is too harsh on the hair and damages the scalp. Now I have to find a NEW BRAND!! You all just lost a long time customer. SMH!!

I have been dying my hair with this espresso for a few years and this recent box turned my hair the darkest black ever. My natural color is more espresso like the box and has some chestnut highlights. I've never had a problem before. I hate my hair this dark. Makes me look washed out and pale and now I can't fix it. Did they change the color along with the new box design? Ugh! Not happy.

I have had damaged hair for years. It's so frizzy so dry. No matter what product I used it didn't work. I had a box of this hair color and put it in in my hair is amazing. It looks so full and alive. It made me cry to see I could have hair again. Only I don't know how to keep it looking that way until I color it again.

I have grey hair in the front of my haed. My natural dark brown is prevelant in the back. I wanted a color that would blend in and cover my greys, striving to stay away from shades of red as they make my skintone appear orangish. The Expresso color looked like it had cool undertones that would compliment my features. Thought about it for several weeks and then there was the $3 digital coupon. I went for it, and bought two boxes not sure how many it would take. Left it on between 20-30 minutes counting all the application time + or minus. It came out very dark with lots of red. The greys were covered but my hair was not Expresso. I couldn't tell if it was a dark melot color with red burgundy almost purplish shade. YIKES! Not what I was loooking for color was way off. Wanted a nice, I'm in my 50's natural color, that was going to last giving me a refreshed look. I emailed the company to see what I could use to take off the color. Received no response. It's been over ten days since dying, and no response on what to do. My hair has considerably faded which on some level makes me happy. It is very dry and has lost that wonderful initial softness and become very dry. It is now more of an medium auburn brown color with lots of reds. I've read that some dyes will not properly cover grey hairs and instead the grey hairs will become red. This might explain my auburn hair. I used this Keratin Color on natural hair.Two stars: one is for the price and availability for rural areas and the other star is that my hair was colored just not the advertised color or result.

Gifted by got2. I love the color. My hair looks and feels healthier. It has a nice shine to it. Not a dull dry look like other brands leave this darker richer brown. All my gray hairs are covered evenly. The product is easy to apply and smooth through hair. There is a protector to apply before dying hair the protect ends and damaged sections of hair. This is the perfect color I've been searching for.

This color turned out to be a nice toned brown color. I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for that particular color. I truly love my outcome that I got! I would highly recommend. I was gifted by got2b.
