I recently upgraded my water purification game with the Tahoe Water Pitcher featuring the Elite Filter, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. This pitcher has not only elevated the taste and quality of my drinking water but has also seamlessly blended into my kitchen with its elegant design. F...rom the first pour, it was evident that this pitcher means business. The Elite Filter boasts advanced filtration that significantly improves the taste and smell of tap water. I noticed an immediate difference - the water tasted clean and crisp, free from the usual chlorine aftertaste. The filter's efficiency in removing contaminants is truly commendable, providing me with a sense of reassurance about the water my family and I consume. One of the standout features of the Tahoe Water Pitcher is its sleek and modern design. The pitcher's clear body allows me to see the water level and monitor the filter's usage easily. The handle makes pouring water effortless, and the overall construction feels durable and well-made. It fits comfortably in the refrigerator door, saving space while keeping refreshing, purified water always at hand. The Elite Filter's lifespan has pleasantly surprised me. Unlike other filters I've used in the past, this one has demonstrated remarkable endurance. The replacement process is straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided in the manual. The Tahoe Water Pitcher's capacity is generous enough to cater to my family's hydration needs. Its large volume ensures I spend less time refilling and more time enjoying clean, pure water. I also appreciate that the filter is environmentally conscious, reducing the need for single-use plastic bottles and contributing to a greener planet. The Tahoe Water Pitcher with Elite Filter is undoubtedly worth every penny. Its exceptional filtration capabilities, combined with a thoughtful and stylish design, make it a standout product in the market. My family and I have experienced the positive impact on our water quality, and I can confidently recommend this pitcher to anyone looking to elevate their drinking water experience. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It's an investment in better health, superior taste, and a more sustainable lifestyle. If you're serious about the water you consume and desire a pitcher that marries function with elegance, this is the one to choose.
I JUST brought this Tahoe home and set it up, so I will adjust my review as needed. However, the FIRST thing I notice is how painfully SLOW this thing is to filter. Brita Consumer Care told me the Elite filtered water six (6) times faster than the standard filter. I can't believe this is actually... true, because if it is then the standard filter must take ALL DAY to filter. Let me say another thing: I am coming from years of using Brita's awesome STREAM filters, but after talking with Consumer Care, I was told that entire Stream line has been discontinued--which is why I went with this Tahoe Elite. May I ask Brita why? WHY would you quit on a system that set you apart from your competitors??? The "filter as you pour" feature of the Stream filters is AWESOME, and was the main reason I've been with Brita for so long; and, the only reason I shopped for and chose this Tahoe Elite is because I was looking to replace my Stream Rapids pitcher because the LED indicator battery finally died, and for some stupid reason you can't get simple little indicator as a replacement part--all because of a little button cell battery (even though you can find repair/replacement procedures on YouTube). SOOOO...I had settled on a Cascade Stream pitcher which is 12 cups instead of the 10 cup capacity of my original Rapids pitcher. BUT, after talking with Consumer Care and finding out that this Stream system has been phased out (AND seeing online complaints about how hard it is to find Stream replacement filters), I thought, "Why search all over to find another Stream pitcher when the filters are being phased out anyway--leaving me with a useless pitcher?" So, I got this Tahoe today--and I HATE how slow it takes for the water to filter through. I haven't even tasted the water yet, but because of how slow this thing is to refill compared to the Stream "filter as you pour" advantage--well, the water better taste like Evian. One suggestion to Brita: BRING BACK THE STREAM "filter as you pour"! I understand if this "Elite filter tech" takes longer to filter because of more media to pass through, etc., but surely your designers/engineers can come up with SOMETHING faster or more like the Stream. Otherwise, you're no different than your competition--especially if there's no difference in taste.
I bought this pitcher 6 months ago and the indicator light is no longer working. Upset, bc now I'm going to have to purchase another Brita product when this one should've lasted longer than 6 months.
Bought and no filter or directions were including ded
We bought this for our son in college. He used it all semester but we found out when we were bringing him home that the lid with the filter indicator makes the water taste and smell like a battery. It's like the battery is leaking or something weird like that. He used it all semester without the lid. So I guess it did it's job but I am worried about the safety of this product.
I love the product, but trying to find a filter.for the full faucet filter

I bought this because I was tired of buying water. The town I grew up in the water was amazing and where I'm living now the water has a funny taste. This pitcher was a godsend.
We've used Brita for 12 years, probably 4 total pitchers. We recently replaced our pitcher again and are disappointed to see the product quality has gone way down. Everything about it seems overall weaker and prone to breaking. Not sure this version will last more than a year. We will certainly be moving on from Brita after this.
My health has improved! Sore aching joints a thing of the past. The feeling of drinking safe water Is great?
We have had this Pitcher for a bit and it has worked out really good. We use a lot. The only thing is that I need to get a bigger one.
So far, the system seems to be working well. Improved taste and hopefully it is removing contaminates. Does the filter remove arsenic in tap water? Our city keeps alerting the community to arsenic levels in tap water.
