Unpleasant Citrus Smell
The orange scent is pleasant in the packaging, however, it is not pleasant once washed into your clothes. Something about citrus smelling clothes is not pleasant or reminiscent of clean to me, and my husband agreed. After washing, my clothes had this sour citrus-like smell, which was very offputting...

Great scent
This is the only scent booster I can use with my allergy to scents. Please keep this in stock and not discontinue it.
Fantastic scent! All day long, but not obnoxious.
I literally came on here to specifically rate this item, which is uncommon for me. I use the lesser measurement regardless of size of load in an HE washer, and it smells amazing Everytime. I've literally been asked why I smell so good, multiple times by co-workers, neighbors, and friends. Definitely a winner.

This smells so good, but i am a sucker for anything citrus, tangerine or orange scented. Dissolves well in both cold and warm water. Good to pair with fragrance free detergents if you want a fragrance that you can adjust the strength of.

I love this scent! It is my favorite!! Where I live only my family dollar carries them, when I see them I buy them all. Usually it's 3-4 bottles at a time. Love this product and as long as you have this scent I will stick with Downy!
Leaves brown spots on whites
I'n not sure if its the hot water or the bleach that interacts with these beads. But my whites have started to get brown spots when using the beads. So, no more.

The scent is a mix of citrus and floral, without being overpowering. I like the beads and the packaging. It is very easy to use and add to the washing machine. My clothes smelled fresh without the heavy perfume smell.

The scent beads should be put in first to dissolve in the water before you put your clothes in that has worked best for me. great product.
