Left chemical burn and swollen lips when I put it on and fell asleep.

I purchased this product due to a LONG history of using Aquaphor in a tube and tub for my excema. Admitting I should have considered any possibility of a formula change and been more cautious to checking ingredients…WHY would you add beeswax?? I had a significant reaction of increased rash, eyelids almost swollen shut and itching. SO disappointed!!!

I bought some aquaphor yesterday, specifically this one, I put some on last night and there was a little itch, woke up this morning and there are now bumps and I think tiny tiny blisters around the border of my lips. I've bought the stick for before, I'm not too sure which one between the one with SPF and the normal one but the one before worked quite well. Same thing for Vaseline, normal Vaseline works alright but leaves my skin and lips flacky and dry very soon, while the baby Vaseline works for 6 hours per application. I'm wondering if it could be a difference in ingredients, I'm looking between the two but it's quite difficult to read the smaller words especially when you can't zoom in 😅.

I am new to the Aquaphor Brand and I have only seen their body ointments . But I will say this is a great introduction for me to the brand . This lip repair balm is thick yet it is smooth and glides on the lips evenly . It is Deey hydrating and not irritating and fragrance free . I especially like that it doesn't contain sunscreen as I like wearing it on my lips overnight. It is really keeping my lips hydrated and soft in the cold South Carolina weather . I also love the packaging. The squeeze up tube is better for me then the wind up at the bottom bullet style tubes . Thank you for making this . I recommend it to everyone and I do plan on purchasing other products from the brand .

I like aquaphor lip balm, except for the fact that if you accidentally lick your lips, you get a TERRIBLE taste in your mouth! Please give it a better taste!!

Y'all don't sleep on this, I keep a tube with me everywhere I go! This stuff never leaves me feeling crusty dusty!

I find that this goes on like Carmex or Vaseline in the same type of packaging. It doesn't work more effectively. I'm disappointed, because the larger equator products for other purposes are excellent. I cannot recommend this.

I have been using the Aquaphor Lip Balm tube for over a year. I woke up with tiny bumps on my lips and a dry, itchy, burning feeling. My lips are swollen. I already have huge full lips; so it was recognizable with lips twice as big. After doing research, I found out that it's Lanolin causing my reaction. Plss, take this out of your products. It's not good.

My lips were is really bad shape. I tried treating it with other balms for almost 2 weeks with only minimal improvement. I was starting to get worried I had to go to the doctor because it was not going away. Then I saw this at the market and in a last ditch effort, grabbed it. They were not lying about immediate relief! When I applied it my lips stopped hurting and over the next week they finally healed. I immediately bought another tube and the spf and regular sticks. Will probably use it regularly nightly from now on too! Really helped healed my severely chapped and peeling lips.
