Can't use new formulation
I used to use this lotion all of the the time. It was one of the few my sensitive skin didn't react to. But the formula now contains Shea Butter, which I can't use due to sensitivities. The product was perfect before. Stop changing things that work
Great Product!
I have been using this for 18 months now, and it has worked wonders on my skin. I have tried other brands that were too greasy, and never moisturized my skin. I could see positive results in the first month. I will continue to use your product, and to tell others how great it works. It really helps me since I have diabetes, that is why I use it everyday.

This stuff isn't what it used to be maybe I'm just wrong but I swear it different
Changed ingredients are not for sensitive skin
I used the original formula for years and it truly was the only lotion that helped my severe eczema. Very sadly the formula was changed and I now am severely allergic to it due to the shea butter. Please please hear our feedback and return to the original formula and many customers will be so grateful!

Red itchy breakout the entire body
I regret using this new formula on my skin My skin is very sensitive and dry, I wish you never changed the old vaseline I have used it for years until it disappeared and was replaced by this Am on itching and break out every where
Love the product, wish I could use it all.
I love this product as it is fragrance free. I recently discovered it does have parabens though. My greatest complaint about this product is the bottle. The way it is shaped, so much product is unusable because it won't come out. You can't even tip it upside down to drain it into another bottle because the square top holds the lotion in. It's way too expensive to not be able to use it all. I'll be searching for another brand.
They Have Ruined What Was a Good Product
This was my go to lotion for dry skin. They changed the formula and it is runny, and does not work in healing dry skin the way it had before. I will not be purchasing it again. I do not understand why you would change a good product, other than the new formula must be cheaper to produce. It is definitely NOT effective.
Horrible allergic reaction
have used vaseline Intensive care products in the past and have been very satisfied, however, I am very allergic to this product. my skin broke out into a red rash that blistered.
No longer great for sensitive skin
Sadly, the formula was changed, and it ruined an excellent product. The new nut and seed oils added in it irritate the skin and make this lotion impossible to use on any skin that is sensitive. Please return to the old formula and take the skin clogging oils out of the lotion again.
