This is an excellent product on any charcuterie board. It's smoky, sweet and a little spicy. It is salmon so don't be surprised if it tastes like salmon!

I was so excited to try the candied Salmon from PC I had heard nothing but amazing things. I'd like to firstly say that I don't eat fish. I can't get over the taste. A lot of ppl claimed that this product does not have a fishy taste. It's suppose to be sweet salty and smoky and if you don't eat fish, you'd fall in love with this. So I was so excited I went to the store searched everywhere and finally food the fish. I rushed home and with my daughter who by the way loves Salmon we opened the package and each took a strip. I took the smallest one there and we both put win our mouth and let me tell you, we both almost puked. It's so gross. Please don't buy it. I don't think this product is handled well and may have even been bad. I really hope we don't get sick, but I don't think we eat enough of it to get sick. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your money on this.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
