I have used Always purple and last 10 years also the black/dark blue too for my ENTIRE LIFE. I am 40 now. That makes it 27 years of periods. Every single time: Always. No other brand was considered. Ever. This was my rock, my saviour my confidant. Now? 2025? You have done something horrible to it. The feel is off. The absorbancy is off. The black package one feels like a shoe sole for athlethic gear. Do you have any women working at always? Do you actually test these? Your page is filled now with women in rage and if you don't bring back the old one you will be out of business next year. You will go down in history in the worst product update ever. BRING BACK THE OLD PADS!

There has been reviews on TikTok about mold being found inside these pads. Well, I found it to be true when I checked myself. I am so disappointed and disgusted. I have been using Always products for years. Not anymore. I would attach a photo if I could, but you can look it up on TikTok and see it as well.

This is not a maxi pad!!!! I have the old and apparently the new. Nothing is the same. This is very disappointing. I'm messing up clothes and bedding. It's to thin it's 1 step from the thin overnight no,no,no. The purpose is overnight and maxi. I'm a heavy bleeder and I need all the padding and protection I can stand. These are horrible. The texture feels different. The length is not as long. Please don't do us like this. We need that Always protection. Don't skimp on the good stuff.

They do not stay in place because the adhesive never sticks to my panties.

I have been using Always pads for 25 years and this new cotton version is absolute rubbish. It is leaky, not working and nothing like the reliable super absorbing product I trusted for decades. Why would you ruin something that worked perfectly? This is beyond disappointing and it feels like a betrayal of loyal customers. Bring back the old material.

I'm referring to the Maxi Thick Normal Pads I've been using the maxi thick normal pads all my life without any problems...now they've changed them to have a top cotton sheet which is uncomfortable irritates my skin leaving me with a painful rush. They also don't retain my flow for long like the previous ones did. I now feel wet and uncomfortable throughout my entire period. Please return to selling the old pads, or sell both (new & old) and give us the customers the option to choose which ones to buy coz these new ones aren't working for some of us. We chose to use the "Always" brand for a reason please don't switch up on us now!!

I am writing as a loyal customer who has trusted and used Always Maxi Pads Size 5 (Extra Heavy Overnight) consistently for over 30 years. Your product has been an essential part of my life, particularly due to my very heavy menstrual flow. With the exception of my pregnancies, I have relied on Always every month, for a week, without issue—until recently. Last month, while on vacation, I purchased a package of Always Maxi Pads Size 5 from a local retailer. After a week of using them, I developed a very painful and blistering rash that lasted approximately two weeks. Initially, I did not associate the reaction with the pads. However, after healing and returning to use the product again this month, I am unfortunately experiencing the same symptoms—painful rash and blistering in very sensitive areas. It truly feels like a chemical burn. I am unable to view the list of ingredients, as it will not open on my computer from your site, so I am convinced there may have been some changes since I have never experienced such excruciating pain from the use of this product over the years :(

i come from a family of 6 girls and ALWAYS overnight Pads is what we've always bought and used. I stock up and just now have had to buy the new branded ones. I've had a reaction to them with burning and painful like blisters. I'm so discouraged to have to find a new pad brand after 15 years.

I have been buying the product in Europe for more than 10 years. On my last purchase, I was sad to see that it had changed. In this form, unfortunately, it is not suitable for the function for which it was designed, it is practically unusable. If the change is final, unfortunately I will buy another manufacturer's product (like many other women, at least based on the comments on different forums, e.g. reddit)

They're useless; they tear in less than an hour. They feel like paper, and the residue sticks together like lint, and they retain even less liquid. Very bad. I want my refund. I bought a box of 90 sanitary pads.
