tena.caThese pull up diapers are great most nights and when you think it's going to be a heavy leaking night I wear a booster pad with them for extra protection. Yeah they have leaked before but that's without the extra protection. These diapers are very comfortable to sleep in and hope they soon can come in other colors.

shop.tena.usI'm 19 years old I have permanent damage to the nerve going to my bladder and I wear diapers 24/7 I wear Tena overnight protective underwear and they will hold multiple full voids with absolutely no leaks and there is never a smell I highly recommend these for other young men.Ive tried depends and other store brands and they either tear or leak or there grey,I would never wear grey lol most men and young men prefer white like regular briefs I give these 5 stars.

Needs tall standing leak guards

tena.caTena Men Overnight briefs fall short for one reason - they have no tall standing leak guards. The elastic leg openings are not sufficient at preventing leaks overnight. They fit well and are absorbent but if they had tall standing leak guards, they would be fabulous.

tena.caI like the more masculine design, and they feel and look alot more like regular underwear, but ultimately I need something that works first and for most. They are made of a really really nice material and they are one of the most comfortable products I have used. However the product leaks even with moderate incontinence. The front does not sufficiently cup around the male anatomy. When the product swells it pulls away leaving a gap for it to leak before it can absorb. Needs higher inside leg elastics or more material in the front. Would also like to see a bit more coverage in the back to prevent leaks if sitting. These look and feel better, but don't perform as well as unisex the Tena Overnight underwear I normally use day to day.
