Takes off makeup well. Easy to use and doesn't acquire a lot of product. I like to use it to take off my eye makeup and mascara. I have purchased on my own before

Be careful!
After using this product for a couple of weeks, I noticed eyelashes had fallen out. I looked online and found that others had this problem also.
Too oily feeling
I find that this Micellar cleansing water to be very oily. I definitely do not like this one. I like other ones that I have bought much better. I still have a lot left in the bottle but will not use this one anymore.

Took a chance, didn't regret it!
Something new. First time trying Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All in 1 Removes Waterproof Makeup travel size (4.3oz), LOVED IT! I'm VERY PICKY about what I use on my face. So, I took a leap of faith and I'M HIGHLY IMPRESSED. I was able to get off 98% of my makeup before finishing the process with a moisturizing facial wash and towel. My face was clean because there was to makeup residue on the towel. My skin was left so soft and smooth without feeling oily or dried out. My face actually looked and felt hydrated. Using Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All in 1 Removes Waterproof Makeup, helped cut my removal process by minutes. Before trying this product, I would use 6 wipes, facial gel and soft scrubbing brush. Now I only have to use 3 cotton round pads and moisturizing gel on towel. This is my NEW go to for makeup removal. Just HATE the travel size bottles are not refillable. Note to Garnier. So after going finishing the 4.3oz bottle I invested in the larger bottle (23.7oz). I bought 3 bottles and kept the smaller bottle so I could just keep refilling it, WRONG. After several failed attempts of twisting and pulling I realized the travel size is one time use only because the top is not removable like the larger bottles. Consider correcting the design so we can refill the travel size bottles.
Solid, affordable product.
I've repurchased this product a few times. I use it when I do a full glam look and need to deeply cleanse. There is no real scent to the product which is nice. The drawback is my skin turns red, but not irritated after use.
Not effective
I feel like you need a lot of the product to get it to actually work. I love that it's in a travel size container and is cheaper but it goes quickly because of how much you need to use.
