Mold or mildew smell
It smells like mold or mildew - both in the bottle and when applied to my skin. I kept trying to use this on and off for three months but the smell irks me.
Quick Complete cleaning with refreshing results
I'm a MUA student. I needed something that worked correctly, simply, and completely. I came across All in One. Best idea. My skin feels amazingly fresh. It looks soft. All in One also removed makeup from days ago. I have washed & washed to no avail trying to get the professional makeup off. Now, Im a customer of this product loyally.

Giving this a 1 star rating because the last 2 times I've used it my face broke out in like hives almost, caused the skin under my eyes to swell and become very raw, my whole face was burning hot to the touch, I had raw places all over my face with flaky skin kind of like eczema it also itches like crazy my entire neck is itchy I'm normally not allergic to ANYTHING but I've saw other reviews that this happens to other women too that have used this product we need to get to the bottom of this to find out why it's happening and what kind of crazy ingredients are in this stuff making our skin react like this!!

Great for sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin (combo on T-zone) and this cleansing water worked great for clearing up my face and not exacerbating my dry skin issues. It's been hard finding products that work with my skin type.
Super gentle
I have very dry and eczema prone skin so I tend to stick to specific miceller water removers. This one was hydrating and did not irritate my skin
The best makeup remover
I love the Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 from Garnier; it is the perfect thing to use to remove the tiniest drop of dirt/makeup. Just a small amount is enough to clean my whole face and it does not leave the skin feeling dry or tight.
