Dried my hair out, and it fell out in clumps!
I started using this shampoo (and the conditioner and leave-in spray) about 9 weeks ago. Almost immediately my hair became brittle and straw-like, and started falling out in handfuls. I didn't make the connection and assumed it was age/stress-related. I stopped using all the Aussie products a week ago and switched to alternatives, and the hair breakage and fall stopped instantly. Correlation may not = causation - but if the timing fits...

Defective packaging
Wife has used this product in the past. Both she and I tried to release the plunger top on the pump without success. We had to pour its contents into the old bottle in order to use the product. For the unitiated, let me state that there are no instructions telling a customer how to release the plunger which today (with all instructions written in three or more foreign languages for some products) I find disappointing.
