New formula causes breakouts
The old formula was one of the few cleansers that worked for my combination skin. After the formula was changed, I haven't stopped breaking out.
Bring back the old formula!
After years of using this cleanser, I tried out the new formula and immediately hated it. I hated the packaging, the thick feel on my skin, smell, everything. I'll need to look for something else because I can't use this anymore. It makes me sad to lose something I really liked for my skin!
Horrible packaging
The cleanser is ok, I dont have any issues with it but why put it in this awful packaging? The beads clog up the opening and i really have to squeeze to get the product out, I dont have time for all that finessing when Im washing my face. The pump was great and convenient, why mess with a good thing?
Energizing!
This face wash is super deep cleaning! It also wakes me up with the energizing smell. It cuts through my make up and oily skin without any effort. It definitely makes my mornings easier.
The new formula is not great...
I have used this facial cleanser for years, but then they changed the formula and now it makes be break out and is so drying to my skin that moisturizer can not even fix it. Very sad as this is one of the ONLY face cleansers that i was able to use and now I am desperately trying to find something else that will work... I really hope they bring the old formula back.
Amazing fresh cleanser
This cleanser is fantastic. It is fresh and left my face feeling cleaner than ever. It doesn't leave a residue or leave my skin dry. I absolutely love it!

This cleanser is great. I never had a morning burst cleanser like this. Makes my skin feels clean and it's not harsh
Terrible new formula
The new formula is terrible. I have been using this for years and I can't understand why it changed. Even the bottle is terrible. The beads get stuck and it's impossible to squeeze out. I had to put it in an old pump bottle. It used to hydrate my skin and was amazing. Now, it dries my skin out so bad sometimes moisturizing cream won't fix it.
New formula is the worst
I've used the old formula for many many many years and never had a problem. I washed my face once with this new formula and now my face is red, dry and swollen. Bring back the old formula!!!
Great product
The product is great. Skin looks soft. I will definitely recommend this product
