So extremely disappointed

. I have tried using this a couple dozen times. No matter what I do this product fills up my mouth and my throat with water and makes me feel like I'm choking. I cannot isolate the nasal passage and your product makes me feel like I'm about to die. I know in your literature it minimizes this saying ...

Starting on my 3rd unit

Let me just start with - love the Naväge and it works really well. I have chronic sinusitis and nasal sarcoidosis from Gulf War service and suffer from severe nasal crusting, blockage and stuffiness. I use my Navage almost daily. As other reviewers have mentioned, persistence is key, for the best results you should use it a few times per week. My only complaint. It fails without warning, I'm starting on my 3rd unit. I've been very careful to follow the instructions exactly and have kept the unit clean and dry; however, the batteries corroded in the first unit after a few months, I contacted the company but I didn't get a response. I replaced the unit. The 2nd unit failed without warning. I didn't bother to contact the company. It's been a few months and I can really tell the difference since I haven't used it, I'm miserable. I'm on the fence about purchasing a new unit, they aren't cheap. Steroids and other meds only provide a little relief, so I'm gonna bite the bullet and buy another. 2nd unit lasted much longer than the first one. I've been using the Navage since 2023. I recommend to all my Veteran friends with sinus issues.

My doctor recommended I use Navage. I was skeptical. All I could think of was the old nettie-pots, which turned me off. But I got a Navage and began using it. What a wonderful product. Without question, it helps my morning congestion and calms down the puffiness caused by unhappy sinuses.

If you have polyps go to a doctor and get them removed this device doesn't cure them and definitely doesn't work if you have them . Absolutely no reason to use it every day not what its for , stuffed up from allergies or a little cold or dust from mowing things like that it will deep clean the mucus and your good to go . Great thing to have instead of constantly blowing your nose .

I make wood furniture and, after making some tables in February with western red cedar and not doing a great job of dust collection, I've had issues ever since. I have been congested or extremely runny nose and mostly haven't been able to taste for the past 5 months—it hasn't been great. After a friend recommended this silly looking nose vacuum, I wasn't convinced but after another couple weeks of congestion and not tasting (and my ENT appointment not being till October), I figured I'd give it a try. The first couples of days I pretty much had no results, but on your instructions it says something about "persistence ". So I persisted, following the directions, and today—this glorious day :)—things started to flow. It must have gotten all the irritants out, because I immediately stopped being congested and haven't sneezed since. Truly thank you. I'll recommend it on plenty of woodworking forums where people discuss problems related to dust

The batteries do not last long enough

There should be an early warning button to indicate batteries need to be replaced because when you have already filled the unit and the batteries you have to empty the machine. This happens every two weeks and I think that is a little stupid.

Been using this for 10 months now. Twice a day. Twice in the morning rotating sizes. And the same before bed . CONSISTENTLY doing this daily, you will see results. My nasal polyps have either remained exactly the same or have got slightly smaller.

My Navalge unit failed within 6 weeks and the company pretends "no way our product is at fault". I successfully used my unit for 3 or 4 weeks. On about the 5th week, the unit would only work about half way through the cycle, the suction feature was week. This was for about 3 days. Ever since, from the moment I turn the unit on, the drain creates a backflow of turbulence into the upper tank that it causes the saline solution to expel through the crushing chamber. I have ask permission to return the unit several times and Navalge makes excuses not allowing the return of the unit for inspection. Very frustrated with their customer service and I've got a unit less than 60 days old that does not work.

Never have gotten over a cold or flu so fast

I wanted to try Navage, but the cost was high for me. I signed up for a store perk that gave me a discount, and bought it. You often wonder if the hype of commercials is what you will get. This time, YES! The initial cost of this product and the pods are well worth it in terms of saving you time from work and feeling better fast, but it is still out of reach for some folks, so I hope that in time Navage will lower the cost so that everyone can benefit. I used to get a cold a couple of times per year that would last months due to asthma. Now, the moment I start to feel a sinus infection coming on, I start using the Navage. I blow my nose until nothing else is coming out, then I do the Navage. When I start, I close one nostril and breath through the other, and then switch, to see which nostril is the most inflamed. I start the Navage so the blue arrow points into the nostril that is less inflamed. When the water is over half gone, I stop the Navage, blow my nose, then twist so the flow goes the other way. Getting all of that out of your sinuses means that the bacteria and viruses are not at home in your sinuses, multiplying and spreading to your lungs so easily. I mean, I don't have a medical explanation, but the result is that I get over a cold in a few days now, instead of over a month it used to take. I just had a flu that had me knocked out for a day, but I was using the Navage the day before, and on the day I was sickest I used it every few hours. I only had that one bad day! I did not end up with lung congestion or asthma this time! Another tip: I use filtered water that I bring to a full boil for several moments before turning off, but waiting for it to cool takes time, so I now use a clean kettle, boil a lot of water, and then when it is cool, I just pour some in a glass measuring cup that I pre-sanitized, and I heat in the microwave until it is just warm enough for my sinuses.

After using the unit once, I found that the back of my throat and my nose were both quite dry, almost painfully so. But that is the point, to dry things up. You may want to have a small glass of water after using.
