My "go to" powdered sugar
So grateful for this product which doesn't contain corn starch. I have a "little" with a corn allergy, and this product lets me prepare "normal" recipes in a safe manner. It is just not the same as the regular powdered sugar. Probably healthier for you, but it didn't make the kind of cookies I always have made with the regular sugar. I was very disappointed with the results and will have to throw the whole batch of cookies away. I never give negative reviews, but people need to be aware of the results of combining sugar with tapioca starch.
