I am 55 and purchased these recently. I have overactive bladder, have reached menopause, and am on diuretics as well as being overweight. I have stress and urge urinary incontinence. These pads are great for shopping or doing errands around town. My generation, end of baby boom, that I call the cabo...ose boomers - think of a train with the engine, mid-cars and the caboose, is fortunate to have these products and to talk about these issues. The upcoming generation in their 40s will have it easier than us re embarassment, social isolation, etc.
I can't believe that always came out with such an inferior product! First, is smells like chemicals right out of the bag. There is no where on the front of the package that says it is scented. I would even go so far as to say it STINKS. Second, there is no strip to tear off from the adhesive, the ad...hesive is just exposed when you open the outer package, this if very difficult to manuever at a senior age, the age that this product is marketed to. Third, the adhesive strip stays stuck to the undergarment, so when the pad is removed from the underwear there is still a small narrow strip of adhesive that adheres and cannot not be removed until the underwear is washed. Fourth, the pad bunches up and twists with any movement. Save yourself some money and walking around with a chemical plastic odor and buy POISE.

alwaysdiscreet.com/Perfect for my long commute with heavy traffic and a busy bladder. After having to pee on the shoulder of the road more than once I invested in these and am thrilled with their performance. Of course I tried them out on a "dry run" (as it were) at home to check absorbency before relying on them in the car. They are perfect for my needs.

alwaysdiscreet.com/Have been buying these with confidence for a few years and now all of a sudden they are no longer available in New Zealand. Help please where can I get them from over here as nothing else on the market is as good. I'm scared that I won't be protected at work

alwaysdiscreet.com/I've been using these for a while now, and the new design is awful. My first complaint isn't even the absorbency like others have mentioned, but its the adhesive. Or should I say lack thereof. They no longer have any adhesive in the very front of the pad, so when I use the restroom, the front will pull away from my undies and stick straight up. And the back shifts constantly during wear, so now I'm prone to little leaks, simply because the pad has shifted and bunched. I tried using them in a pair of microfiber seamless undies, and they wouldn't stick at all. Looks like my last box will be my last box. Time to shop around. Couldn't get worse.

alwaysdiscreet.com/I have several problems with Always Descreet pads. There is a glut of Always products at the stores in my area so there is little choice. They are not comfortable - it feels like I'm wearing a brick. They are not as absorbent as Poise or Tena and I have to change Always. much more frequently. They leak & I believe the weave of the pad is so tight it limits absorption. The plastic edges that are supposed to prevent this irritate my skin. If I can't find an alternative, I get the generic brand.

alwaysdiscreet.com/I purchased these while pregnant to help catch leaks and was really disappointed upon opening the package that the product was scented. I never buy feminine hygiene products with fragrance, and am even more cautious during pregnancy. I feel like I was misled with the marketing of this product. There is only one tiny area on the packaging that indicates any fragrance at all. Now I know I can no longer trust Always products.
I love the Always Discreet pads number 7. My main concern is that the leak guard needs to be longer to stop leaks higher up.

alwaysdiscreet.com/You get a zero. Swelled up and had to.take allergy meds. Same problem with other brands. Don't know what's in them. Little wonder I get UTIs. Wear.them as a precaution, rarely have a leak.
I've been using these for quite a while. Lately the adhesive seems to short. Then they roll in the front and the back. Think I'll try other brands
I have used Always discreet for a couple years. I am disappointed in the sizing. 2s are just to small, but 3s Regular size are too big. I have to cut them down. I have purchased size 3s and they are just right, but the next package is back to the too large size.
