Sleek design, easy to use!
I have been using this for a month now and I wish I bought one for all of the bathrooms. I bought one for the kitchen and one for the laundry room. Easy to use when hands are dirty (use back of hand or arm to push down). Will be buying more shortly!

The instruction is to twist the base and it will come out of the black cover to fill up - but there is an internal black "cap" that does not disconnect from the "bottle" base and separates from the spout inside the black cover. This is so cute! Works great. Love washing my hands. It's delightful. However, Trying to return other items is not easy!
5 starts for form 1 star function
I have several, they all eventually break and ooze. I've tried thinner soap, I've tried not filling near the fill line. I had five of these. I'm down to two and about to break up with them completely as there is always soap under them and under the window part. The finish on the metal tip on the pump also discolours quickly. I am a huge umbra design fan - these are 5 stars for form, 1 star for function and durability.

Jammed Upon Second Use
I regret purchasing the Umbra penguin soap dispenser. After just one refill, the pump jammed, making it nearly impossible to dispense soap. The design may be cute, but the quality is severely lacking. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable soap dispenser.
Penguin Soap Pump
I purchased this last December and threw it out in 2 months. The internal black plastic piece would not unscrew from the bottle and had to force it out. Trying to get the mechanism back in line with the mechanics of the pump did not work and i ended up getting soap all over the counter. Adorable but not functional.
Lid won't lock and unlock properly
Super cute but I don't know why the lid won't unlock properly and remains semi unlocked all the time as the dispenser part that is supposed to be connected to the lid isn't. really disappointed with the quality. Maybe I just got a bad one but it doesn't make me want to buy another one in case this happens again.
Nice looking but not durable
It stopped working pretty quickly! I changed batteries, tried everything and nothing worked. It didn't last 3 months.
