Perfect to make a variety of sauces. This has amplified my sauce making and I recommend it to any beginner. I have also used it straight and the flavor was pleasant. I would repurchase as I am close to finishing the bottle.

It's really not bad at all. I thought it would be a little salty, but it wasn't. I made veggie friend rice. I will try it again but with noodle. I'm looking for other meals to cook also. I think this brand is really good to use.

Fish sauce gets such a bad rep... strong? Yes...but when used right ...its a beautiful background...that amplifies a dish. Thai kitchen has never disappointed me with any of their products, so I was more than happy to try this & put it into my "set list". Will be in the refill when gone list now.

I have never used fish sauce, although I have been looking for one. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I don't have much to compare it to but it worked great in a vegetable stir fry recipe I found. I would definitely but this product in the future, it works perfect for Thai, Vietnamese recipes I have also been meaning to try.

It is slightly more salty than I was expecting but not too terrible. It did add a nice flavor to my pork when I used it as a marinade.

This is the brand we always grab. It adds a great punch and so much flavor and umami to all the dishes we add it to. It lasts a good amount of time and it hides in recipes so well. If you use it appropriately it doesn't taste fishy at all. It's lovely. Get some!

I loved the savory flavory Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce has. It has a wonderful flavor and is not overly complex. Other fish sauces have funky notes, but I like the simplicity of this one.
