What happened Pantene?
The Curly Shampoo formula must have changed, for the worst. Been using Pantene Curly Shampoo and Conditioner for years, so this disappointing. Please bring back the shimmery gold Shampoo formula. The newer bottles I purchased have Shampoo that is white and more runny. It does not work as well. Noticed it doesn't lather up as much and my hair feels much different as compared to when I used older formula. I have naturally Curly hair and do not use any hair products or damaging heat styles. Sadly, I'll be looking for a new shampoo and conditioner brand.
Curl Perfection Shampoo = Straight Hair
After using the Pantene products for many years, this shampoo is a huge disappointment. My hair is naturally curly and wavy; however, the product made the wavy parts straight and the curly parts wavy. The other problem is that I am having to wash my hair every other day - waxy residue is present without the use of style products or conditioners.

This used to be my FAVORITE shampoo of all time. Then they changed the formula. It used to leave my heart very clean, smelling great, and full of moisture. I never had massive tangles after using it. Now, it drys my hair out and I am pulling clumps of hair out because of endless tangles. I'm incredibly disappointed. CHANGE IT BACK. PLEASE. And stop messing with it. You had the perfect shampoo. Now I'm honestly considering returning the partially used bottle to the store.
pretty good option
Good, reliable shampoo that provides a clean result. The smell is great without being overwhelming. As far as curl definition, I didn't notice anything amazing but overall it worked with my curls and not against them.
Soft & Manageable
My Daughter's hair is so soft & manageable after using the Pantene Pro-V Curl Perfection Shampoo. I can't see that her curl's look any different after using the shampoo but her hair is squeaky clean and so soft. The price is very affordable. I would recommend trying!!
NO WAY!
My hair felt so waxy and after using it, it was even harder to control than my norm and it straightened it. My hair even came out in chunks. No thank you, I have no desire to use this ever again.
Too Sticky
So the positive is, this shampoo smells nice and not like normal Pantene. It also lathers nice. That's all the nice about this shampoo. Alone, this left my hair so sticky that I couldn't get a comb through it and when I tried I noticed I 'shed' way more than normal! I would not purchase and definitely couldn't use without conditioner.
Not my favorite
Not a bad shampoo but not something I would buy. It did hydrate my hair but didn't clean it very well. I had to use my clarifying shampoo first then this one. The scent was great but my scalp was oily faster than normal. Wouldn't recommend for oily hair like mine.
disappointed
This smells wonderful and gets my hair clean. I love the feel of my hair after using it, but my curls ended up way more frizzy than usual. I tried air drying and blow drying with a diffuser. I was a bit disappointed overall
I love this shampoo
I absolutely love this shampoo. It smells wonderful. It left my hair feeling clean and soft. I am for sure going to buy this again. I have curly hair and it brought out my curls more.
