I'm not sure where Oral B gets off calling FIRM brushes to be "Ultra Soft" but this is most definitely NOT SOFT AT ALL ! And most definitely not ultra soft. What happened to you Oral B ? Its falsifying information like this that makes consumers look towards competitors in higher priced electric...

I have been buying it for years in the UK and the last three I bought in December 2023 were all really hard and made my gums bleed. Had to throw them away! Did you have a faulty manufacturing run? It has a nice texture on the toothbrush for the grip. I would highly recommend this product to everyone looking for the soft toothbrushes. I will definitely be buying it.

Got this as a free product test from @topboxcircle I love the toothbrush it is nice and soft so it doesn't hurt hurt my gums. My only issues is the brown is kinda small but that is ok,
Oral-B SensiSoft Manual Toothbrush
The Oral-B SensiSoft toothbrush is very soft on my gums. It didn't irritate them. I still received clean feeling teeth even with it being a soft brush. This doesn't always happen with other brands.
A good gentle cleanse
Thank you topbox for choosing me to try the Oral B sensi soft toothbrush. I like the colorful and simple packaging at the same time. The quality of the toothbrush is great. Does not cause bleeding as the brush is extra soft for gentle cleaning. I recommand it !!

#gotitfree #topbox got this to try looking at the toothbrush it's very pretty looking. Received the extra soft toothbrush I find it too soft however it did do a good job. My teeth felt very clean.
