Terrible new formula
We all applaud eco virtues but this new formula is sticky, doesn't absorb well and more importantly doesn't moisturise well! Very sad as have been a loyal customer for many years. Who tests these new products?

Please please bring back the old formula. We are all here begging you. It's been our tried and true for years! There was nothing wrong with the old formula, all you've done is disappointed many of us who have been loyal to your brand for decades
AWFUL NEW FORMULA
I am so upset that Nivea have changed the formula of this. I didn't realise when I bought it (purchased online) but as soon as I opened the tub I could tell. It's a different shape, feels sticky and artificial and actually dries my skin out rather than moisturising it. PLEASE CHANGE BACK. I will never buy this product again.
New formula
I've used Nivea soft on my face forever, my mum used to use it on me and I use it on my own children, however this new formula has made it unusable, it's so thin, drying and feels as if it leaves a film on my face after. The complete opposite than it used to be, such a shame.
Terrible new formula
The new Vegan formula is terrible. It leaves my skin dry and like I need to keep putting more on. It does not moisturise. I have been using the old Nivea Soft for around 20 years and it was so much better. Bring it back!
Awful new formula!
I've been using Nivea Soft for years but the new formula is terrible. It dries my skin and makes it feel itchy. I really hope Nivea read these reviews and change back to the old one...
Awful new formula
Contains almond oil. I am allergic to nuts. Used the old formula for 20 years. Had to buy something new after my daughter and I broke out in rashes from the vegan formula. So sad to lose a favourite. I recommend olay complete as a replacement.
New vegan
I have always used Nivea soft and loved it but the last one I bought was the new vegan and when I opened it I thought I must have bought an out of date one or something it's just awful , it just doesn't work won't be buying that again 😡
New formula sucks
Old formula used to be much better, the new one is kind of sticky and has less hydration. I really liked the original formula.
