Does the Trick
The brushes I receive don't fit snuggly, but are just as effective. May need to upgrade the whole toothbrush. IN the meantime, the brushes do an excellent job and since I've been using the Soniccare electronic toothbrush, my dentist regularly tells me how good my teeth look to him on examination
Sensitive brush heads aren't soft at all! Awful!
These brushes are NOT soft at all. Unfortunately, they are nothing like the Sensitive brush heads in years past. Too bad I purchased 2 sets of these so now I have 6 expensive brushes that I can't use. I called Philips and they will send me 6 of a different type to test. I will see how it goes but it is very disappointing to say the least that these aren't soft even after using 1 from each pack for a week!

I was at an Anti-Trump rally when I fell. My front tooth went up into my palate. I had two extraordinary dentists who saved my tooth and the one next to it (two oral surgeries and two root canals). I had a brace on my teeth for four months to ensure the teeth wouldn't fall out. After they removed the brace, I asked if I could use my Phillips toothbrush again. They allowed it. I have to brush after every meal and the sonic toothbrush heads have been wonderful. The toothbrush has helped save my two front teeth.

It's GREAT
I have very sensitive gums and this sensitive toothbrush head makes my gums feel great. I can even semi-cold fruit.
Pleasantly surprised that it didn't sting my gums.
Didn't realize that Philips had an array of brush heads. Commercially available were only the hard brushes. After a year of usage of the hard ones, I saw the full range of brush heads at my dental doctors's office. I'm glad I did and that night went online to order the sensitive ones. Have not looked back since. Philips should advertise their full range everywhere.
