I bought this because I thought it was antibacterial like the other Dial soaps of this fragrance/type are. However, I didn't see where it said that on the bottle! If not, why not? There's no reason to have a different hand soap and a different body wash, & as an RN, I like an antibacterial body wash... at times, too (esp. like what we're going through right now!). I normally don't care that much if my home soap is antibacterial or not, as we didn't have that for most of my life; I developed immunities to things, & I don't have kids or pets in my home. But at work or during sick times, I do use it. Please clarify if the body wash is antibacterial or not. If not, I will likely return it. Denise, RN
I buy this soap because I have sensitive skin. I have used dial for many years and especially this particular scent. The last time I picked some up at the store I realized it was a new bottle, which means the ingredients had likely changed. Luckily I still had my old bottle to compare and noticed th...at there was some extra added chemicals. Upon the first use my skin is super dry and flaky and i have developed little red bumps. Also known as contact dermatitis. Why did you change a formula that had worked for years. Please go back to the old formula. This new one is just not it, I will be forced to look elsewhere for my body wash until this is rectified. Please listen to your customers before changing your formula next time all the reviews has been good before this!

The product work really great you will feel completely clean the skin feels so soft
It has changed and is now runny and doesn't lather.
I'm confused..I did not see Hydraulic acid in the ingredients of the new Dial body wash.. it just says the scent is Hydraulic acid...???????

When they added the Vitamin E. This product no longer smells the same.
I have used for years with no issues! It was the only body wash I could use and now I am not able to do that as there is something that was added in that has cause contact dermatitis. Sadly I have to now use bar soap as it does not cause this issue and is still antibacterial 🙄 please go back to the original formula!
New formula is HORRIBLE!! Started using this body wash a number of years ago and have been a loyal customer, even though it was comparatively expensive. Loved it. New stuff is awful -- why did you do this?? Must be cheaper ingredients. It feels and smells cheaper. Not nearly as thick and robust as the original, which made good lather. This is thin and doesn't lather well at all. Then there is the smell -- more like bathroom cleaner than the wonderful original fragrance. Why Dial? WHY?? - A Sad Formerly Loyal Customer
Have been using this product for many years. The new packaging has a pump on the bottle. 946ml I've purchased this twice about 3 months apart at different retail outlets. The pump hasn't worked either time. Had to transfer soap into the old container to use. Anyone else have this problem? Where can I buy this product in the original bottles 473 ml in Calgary AB
This used to be the best . Now is one if the worst. Won't buy ut again. Dial Co. really messed up. If I want to feel slick & yucky I'll use lotion. I want clean & lather with bath wash.
This stuff is awful for my sensitive skin. I didn't realize at 1st that it was a different label until I went to use it and it smells horrible. It gave me a rash!!! It doesn't make you feel clean either. Why on earth would you change something that didn't need to be changed. I wil no longer buy your products. It took me years to finally find a body wash that I could use and love. Please bring the old formula back so us sensitive skin customer's can use. I see all the reviews the one's that gave 5 stars are the one's that got a free sample. Of course they are gonna like it. It's free. Grrrrr..I would have given 0 stars if I could.
