I miss the dark green!
I love the espresso eyeliner. It locks in place and stays all day. There used to be a dark green shade in this eyeliner that I really miss! It was my go to eyeliner for my green eyes. I wish you would bring back the dark green!

Can't sharpen
I bought the But First Espresso eyeliner a couple of weeks ago. I've used it maybe 3 times and I love it, but there's no way to sharpen it or get more product out! As many others have commented before... the tip and pencil seem to be made of hard plastic, not wood, so sharpening it is impossible. There's no twist mechanism either to push the product up. Customer Service has responded to a few reviews saying just sharpen it. BUT IT IS PLASTIC! YOU CAN'T SHARPEN PLASTIC!!!! Please tell me if there is something I'm missing
Finally! A colored eyeliner that actually lasts!
I absolutely love this liner! It glides on like silk and wears like iron. You also get much more product than with retractable liners simply by sharpening the point. Best eyeliner ever!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA THAT STAYS PUT! This version is drying and doesn't last as long. ALSO BRING BACK THE DARK GREEN!!! 😭😭
Great products line but can not sharpen it
I tried to sharpen it with cosmetic sharpener but it's not working. I bought essence Duo sharpener thought maybe works better no chance

I bought the gel eyeliner and I really like it. But! You get, like, a 1/4 of an inch! I feel like there's more in the pencil, and, if so, how do I get it out?? It doesn't twist and you can't sharpen, so what am I missing??

It's a plastic tip ?
Website says to sharpen it but it has a plastic tip and no way to push more out to be able to sharpen. I lol be the color and the feel of the product but what a waste.

By the end of the day it had made its way to the corners of my eyes!!! i tried it out a few more times. did not go on and stay in place as i used it more. now its rounded and i used the sharpener and that made the tip fall off so i had to sharpen more. it fell off again as i was reapplying it. I'm not at all impressed with this product aside from the color.

Would really love it in the darker blue like deep sea baby.
