Amazing Machine for any household
My machine was a Valentine's Day gift and honestly it's amazing. Easy to use and very easy to clean. My daughter absolutely loves her daily soft serve cones.

Terrible item breaks first time using
The swirl lid got stuck the first time using and ninja wants us to mail them the unit so they can charge us for them to mail a replacement unit. We're returning it to the store

Love the soft serve ice cream!!
I first bought the Swirl in February (9 months ago). I used it for about 6 months before we went up north and I left it behind. It made wonderful soft serve ice cream . We tried many flavors and played around with the ingredients to try to make healthier options. Every effort produced a good textured result. I have absolutely no complaints with the product produced. I did have an issue with being unable to spin the outer container up to the position for spinning the ice cream. After a couple calls with customer service trying to work through the problem, Ninja replaced my machine. No problems at all with customer service. I haven't tried the new machine but I hope I love it as much as the first. Some people complain about the noice; for the soft serve it is really loud for only about 2 minutes…well worth it for the short noisy time for the great ice cream!!
Simple, Healthy, and Surprisingly Fun
This ice cream maker is really easy to use and clean. I like that I can customize recipes and try different flavors depending on my mood. What I like the most is that I can use good-quality milk and ***replace sugar with zero-calorie allulose***. It feels good to make ice cream that tastes great but doesn't make me feel guilty. Simple and satisfying.
Ninja soft serve
The ice cream machine is loud,. Frozen mix after blending comes out too soft to hold shape. When blended mix is harder, the machine struggles to dispense. I've only made 6 sets and not so impressed with the machine. But if you want to spend lots more for an ice cream machine, you might get different results. You need to be creative in-order to get expected results.

Brought this as a gift for my daughter, she just loves everything about it, so easy to use and great ice-cream everytime

Be great if it worked
Worked once then it stopped working. About to go through the customer service and we will see if it's just an expensive paperweight.

Great product however, it is exspensive and like every other machine I looked into you still have to freeze your ingredients for 24hrs. It comes with a small recipe book which is great for beginners. I ordered extra containers so I can make different flavors as this only comes with 2.
