Change NOT for the better
We have bought several of these balls for our aggressive chewer girl. They lasts about 6 months...we were good with that. But...you changed the design. Previously there was a little round plug...when she chewed on the ball, that popped out (we threw it away) and because the ball had some give...it l...

Didn't last but maybe 5 minutes.
I bought 2 of the XL size for my husky who is only around 50lbs. Smaller than recommended for the xl, but he is a chewer. He had both popped on the seam within 5 minutes. Is there anything more durable in that size that's launcher compatible?
Quality of the Chuck It Balls are terrible now
As a dog daycare owner I have proudly used and recommended to my customers the Chuck it balls and launchers. I would buy a dozen at a time and they held up to playyard that changed and in the last 18 months they are garbage. They don't last a day
Make them stronger, They break at the seam.
Make the weld stronger, They keep breaking at the seam.
Great Ball BUT!
I have always loved the Chuckit line of dog toys. But I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with my most recent Chuckit Ultra ball. It has begun to split across the seam. My dogs are not chewers. They will squeeze it a few times before dropping it though.

petmate.com/This is the only ball we have found last the distance of our German Shepherd and Aussie Shepherd. They are ball obsessed. These balls are incredibly durable. We can't get this Extra large Size in Australia so I had to ship them to Australia. Hugely expensive and complicated to add in shipping but a cost we thought was worth it. We hope we now have a life time supply! Olive, our German Shepherd, who is now 8yrs old and slightly arthritic becomes a puppy again when she has this ball. The Chuck It Ultra Ball is so indestructible that it is only because sometimes we loose them that we have to replace them.
Quality Issue
Our dog loves the Chuckit Ball, over the last few months I feel like there is an issue with production, we are having approximately 2-3 balls a week that the seam is splits and has to be thrown away.
Not durable at all
I purchased the large version today for our 9 year old black lab. We had a fun time for about an hour before the ball "popped" where the blue meets the orange section. Our dog was then able to pull a nickel size hole in the ball. We are really disappointed in this version. We had an old one a neighbor gave us which is still going strong. Not sure if this is a design or manufacturing flaw.
Disappointed
Have bought several balls over the years. My dog is hard on balls. These have fared well until the last two. One lasted less than a day. Disappointed with the recent quality and durability.

Great Chuckit ball. Really great bounce, my dog loves it.
