Having had urinary incontinence for many years I have tried many products. Tena intimates overnight maximum works 90% for me. They are wide where I need wider and narrow where I need for comfort. I say 90% because I am not a dribbler but a flooded so it is a lot to quickly absorb. Most other pads ...quickly overflow and I am a mess. The Tena pads hold most of the pee unless it is a large amt. However the leakage overflow is minor and rarely goes beyond my underwear. By the way, I wear these days and nights. I highly recommend them!
Please read the other reviews and you will see that those of us who have used this pad for years know that TENA has changed it, and not for the better! I was willing to pay the extra cost because the pad worked. It does NOT work anymore. I found an old pad in a suitcase and was amazed when I comp...ared the two. This is my pad that I use for day & night use. It is totally ineffective at night unless I am wearing an overnight brief over it for added protection! •The newer pads are thinner, much thinner, and FLIMSY, especially in the back. They don't hold as much urine and have to be changed more often which means more usage and they are more costly. •The newer pads are shorter, and TOO SHORT for an overnight or #7 max Level pad. This is very pertinent considering how narrow and small the FRONT of the pad is. It's no different in width than a regular pad. HOW can a pad with no extra front protection help anyone at night or upon waking in the morning if you have the sudden urge? It does NOT help! Also, if you sleep on your side urine leaks out of the sides of the front of the pad. If the pad is worn pulled back farther for more exterior leak protection, especially if sleeping in an upright position, the leaking is terrible in the front. If you pull the pad forward for more front protection, urine leaking to the back and out is a real problem. I am not a large woman and the pads are just TOO SHORT. Many peoples' reviews request the pads be made longer in length and wider in the front. TENA has not addressed this issue. Why not? Many requests are months old. Either modify this pad or design a longer, wider in front and more thick pad to aid those with this need. People should not have to be using 2-3 of these pads stuck to one another for added length and protection. That does increase sales though. •The adhesive on the pad is not as effective as it used to be .... and the wrapper is much flimsier and not good as a wrapper for pad disposal. These two features really don't matter as much to me as the pad not being effective anymore and the decrease in quality. Bottomline, these pads just don't work anymore. I still like the skin protection they offer but the continual leakage everyday, sometimes more than once a day is just too much. I'm tired of soiled clothing and worrying about leaks while out! These flimsy so called overnight pads are terrible, even for daytime use. They are not effective overnight pads that should carry a #7 Level rating. If you do research online, there are many wonderful options offered from other manufacturers who sell in the medical field. You will not find their products in major retail stores. Amazon has a wonderful selection of these products. And until Tena comes out with a revised product I will not be buying these pads from Tena. I still use the Tena Overnight Briefs and think they are a wonderful product. The fit is excellent and comfortable.

tena.usI am a crossdresser and always use these pads while dressed. The size, fit and comfort is unbelievable. I do wear them with the wide portion in the front in order to be sure of containing all dribbles, drips, streams or gushes. They hold up for the task at hand. If you're looking for comfort and reliability, these pads are just the item. If you try them, I'm sure you'll buy more.

shop.tena.usI have read many of the reviews posted and was encouraged to try the Sensitive Overnight Pads. They are amazing. They are the best I have ever worn and used while Crossdressing. They do all that the positive comments mention. I tried them two at a time with the wide portion in the front of my panties. They work so well for both dribbles and gushes. Try them. You will not be disappointed. I wish I had been introduced to these pads much sooner. Thank you, Tena.

shop.tena.usThese pads continue to bring me pleasure while wearing them. They are soft enough, wide enough, smooth enough and they stay in place in my panties. I always wear the wide part in the front and two at a time. If you're a CD and enjoy wearing pads, I strongly recommend the Tena Overnight Sensitive. They will be all that you want and always help you feel fem. Enjoy the moments.

tena.usI've used Tena Sensitive Overnight pads for about 4 years. I had tried every brand, none of them were very absorbent. Tena was the very best. The last 6 months Tena Overnight haven't been the same. The pad is much thinner and not as absorbent, certainly not for overnight. It's really very disappointing! I hope enough customers will leave comments and Tena listens. I really want to continue being a loyal customer!
