I received my packet but 2 of the brow has broken crayon in the nib cap. Basically I lost 2 eye brows pencil. I send a report and a ticket is created. Someone Supposed to call me but never get any call and I don't have any contact number to call you

Great waterproof brow product. I have thing brows and this product is the best at filling in and staying put even in summer.

I've been using this everyday for 8 months now and I still have so much product left! This pencil is creamy, easy to blend, and lasts all day! The spoolie is soft as well!
Taupe waterproof brow pencil
I have been using the Taupe Brow pencils and love them. Now I can't find this colour. Are the Taupe brow pencils still made?

Super easy to use
My eyebrows are naturally very full but I still have spots I like to fill in and the shape of this pen was perfect for that. Maybe I also got lucky with the shade match but I was able to keep my brow bone sharp and blend into my hair in literally two strokes. The packaging is also very sturdy which is super exciting for the price.
