Yes, Customer Service is available to assist you with placing an order. To serve you better please ensure you have created a Click & Collect account and saved a credit card prior to contacting Customer Service.
You will be notified of any fees when you select your pick up location and time as well as in your order summary. Pick up fees are typically between $3 and $5.
To place a Click & Collect order you will need to sign up for an account. This helps ensure that we can provide you with a completely customized shopping experience. You can browse the Click & Collect site without creating an account.
Our Click & Collect service is available on orders over $30. If you are unable to place an order, please confirm that you have met the minimum order value.
When your order is prepared, the selected payment method will be authorized for up to 125% of the order total to accommodate updates to your order. If you choose another method of payment when you pick up your order, the authorization will remain on your card until it is expired by your bank (typically 5 - 7 days). To avoid any concerns with authorizations we recommend using the "card on file" option (if available) to pay for your order. We will then finalize the transaction using the authorization and payment method on the order.

You can browse and add items to your cart without adding a credit card. When you are ready to place an order you will be asked for a credit card to secure payment. Your credit card is then automatically saved to your profile and can be used for future purchases. After you have processed your order, you have the option to delete the credit card without affecting completed orders by navigating to Payment within your profile.
MASTERCARD and VISA cards can be used online to place your order. When you pick up your grocery order, you may use cash, Interac Debit, gift cards or the credit card you have on file as your method of payment. PC points can be redeemed for payment when picking up your order. Just let the concierge know once you arrive. If you are using PC points for partial payment, you will need to provide an alternate method of payment upon pickup for the portion not covered by PC points. VISA Debit is not currently accepted for the purpose of holding your order online, but can be used for manual payment at pickup. MASTERCARD Debit is not currently available as a method of payment, but will be soon. Keep checking back for updates regarding the status of payment with MASTERCARD Debit.
A PC identification is a universal login that can be used to access your accounts across a variety of Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart Inc online platforms. If you are registered with JoeFresh.ca, BeautyBoutique.ca or Click & Collect, you already have one. Your PCTM ID is your email address and password and used as your login information for your Click & Collect account.
Yes. If you would like to provide a different method of payment on pick up just let the concierge know once you arrive.
Coupons can be applied when you pick up your order. Please inform the concierge when you arrive and have your coupons ready.
Gift cards are not currently available for purchase online. Also, gift cards are not currently available to use as payment online but can be used when picking up your order.
Website prices are based on information available at the time for the specific pick up date/time. When your order is prepared, actual prices could be different. If you are not satisfied with the price of an item, you can remove the item when you pick up your order.
The prices of your basket items are subject to deal expiration dates, substitutions and in-store pricing based on your scheduled day of pick up.
We’re aiming to provide Click & Collect customers with the largest assortment of items available, but select items may not be available for purchase online. If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase but can’t find it online, please let us know by contacting Customer Service.
Items priced by weight can vary in size and shape and your cart will show an estimated weight and price. When your order is prepared for pick up, we will weigh each applicable item to determine its final price.
In order to price match or ad match with Click & Collect you will first need to place and pick up a Click & Collect order. After picking up your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form. Select CLICK & COLLECT as your reason for contact us, PRODUCT INFORMATION / PRICING as your issue, and HOW DO I MAKE AN AD MATCH REQUEST as your issue details. Please include your Click & Collect order number, name(s) of the product, the competitor’s price, and the website link to the competitor’s item(s). For multiple items please include one item on the form and the rest in the QUESTION box. Our Customer Support team will respond within 2-4 business days.
We use plastic bags when preparing your order. Any applicable fees for plastic bags are included in time slot fees and are non-refundable. If you have your own reusable bags, please leave a note during checkout on the Substitutions & Notes page and we will be able to accommodate the request.
When you are selecting a time slot, the next available pick up time will be displayed. Orders need to be placed at least 4 hours prior to the start of a time slot. Example: To pick up between 5pm and 7pm the order will need to be placed by 1pm.
PPD is a specialized government tax on prepared food items observed in some provinces. Items such as heated foods, salads and sandwiches ready for immediate consumption qualify as prepared foods. The PPD tax percentage is based on the value of your items and the tax structure of the province your store is located in. PPD tax will be displayed during checkout and on your order confirmation email.
During ‘Cart Review’, you can select YES or NO to set your substitution preference for each item. You can leave additional instructions for substitutions in the ‘Instructions for Pickup’ section. Your personal shopper will select a substitution according to preferences you set.
Simply link your PC Plus card to your Loblaws Click and Collect account and spend the required amount for the bonus offer. Please note deal expiration dates, substitutions and in-store pricing based on your scheduled day of pick up may affect your qualification.
PC Points can be redeemed when picking up your order. Please inform the concierge when you arrive and have your card or device ready.
PC Plus is available for Click & Collect orders. Use your Click & Collect account to link your PC Plus account and start shopping. Click & Collect orders will contribute to offers that are selected specifically for you based on the way you shop. Don’t forget to load your PC Plus offers before placing an order.
Simply add your PC Financial MasterCard to your Click & Collect account. When you pick up your order, let the attendant know you would like to use “card on file” or provide your PC Financial MasterCard as payment.
After you complete the checkout process, Click & Collect associates will start to prepare your order. You will receive an email or SMS notifying you of any updates made to your order while it is being prepared. When you arrive at your selected location during your chosen time slot, simply park in one of the dedicated Click & Collect parking spots and call to let us know you’ve arrived.
If you place an order at least 1 day before your pick up time slot, you can edit your shopping cart until the cut-off time of 11:59pm the day before your pick up. If you place an order on the same day as your pick up time slot, you will be unable to modify your order.
We offer both SMS/Text Message notifications along with email notifications. You can manage your notifications settings in your Account Preferences under Order Notifications.
Arriving to pick up your order outside of your chosen time slot without prior notification may cause delays. We recommend that you contact your selected Click & Collect location to check availability if you need to show up early or late to pick up your order.
To ensure maximum freshness, your order will be prepared on the day of your selected pick up time slot.
Our Click & Collect stores are fully equipped with refrigerators, freezers, and hot cabinets. All temperature-controlled items will be stored in their applicable zones in accordance with food safety guidelines.
If an item is not available when your order is being prepared, your personal shopper will select a substitution according to the preferences you specified during checkout. You will be notified of any substitutions when your order is ready for pickup, which you can choose to decline. If you have indicated that you do not want substitutions, your personal shopper will not pick an alternative item.
We appreciate the gesture but we do not accept tips. However, feel free to leave a positive comment in the survey you receive after your order is complete, or give us a high five and a smile when we come out with your order!
We provide a guarantee of freshness. Our goal is to ensure that we pick the freshest and best items for our customers. If the shelf life of the product is not to your satisfaction, you can remove the item from your order at the time of pick up or return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You can also contact our Customer Service team via email or phone for assistance.
Returns with Original Receipt: Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase with original tags and packaging. Exchange only after 14 days. Some exceptions apply. Returns without Original Receipt: Exchange may be offered for product in its original package, depending on condition of product and date of purchase. Photo identification may be required. To cancel an advance order, simply sign in to your Click & Collect account, open the cart and click “Cancel Order” from the summary section before the cut off time. The cut off time for an advance order is midnight, the night before order pick up date. To cancel same day pickup orders or if you are unable to cancel your order online, please contact your store before scheduled pickup time.
You can modify or cancel your order up until the cut-off time stated on your order confirmation. If an order is modified or cancelled after the cut-off time, you may be charged a cancellation fee. If your order has already been prepared at the time of cancellation, you may see a pending authorization hold charge of up to 125% of your order total on your selected method of payment. This authorization will remain on your card until it is expired by your bank (typically 5 - 7 days).
Simply spend the required amount on your Click and Collect (before taxes), mention the offer to the Click & Collect colleagues at the time of pick up and receive your free gift. I saved and used my PC Financial MasterCard for my Click & Collect order but my receipt says, "You could have earned x PC points with President's Choice Financial MasterCard". Why did I not receive my points?
You will still receive the PC points onto your PC Financial MasterCard account. Our in-store system is unable to determine what form of payment was used online for your Click & Collect order and displays this message for all saved credit cards used during pickup. We apologize for the confusion.

When you shop and swipe your PC Plus™ app or card at the checkout, the program remembers what you buy and tailors your offers to the food and products you buy most.

Yes, all offers have an expiration date. You can find the expiry date of each offer by clicking on the offer and viewing the details. The terms of each offer, including restrictions, are also outlined in the details. Your offers appear in your offers section until they expire.
If you forget to load your offers one week, you will not be able to earn the points associated with those offers once they expire. To get the most out of the program, make loading offers part of your weekly shopping routine. That way, you’ll never miss out on something great.
Once you use the offer and earn the associated points, it appears in the Offers section of your PC Plus™ account as “Earned”.

Digital offers are offers you have loaded to your account either online at pcplus.ca or via the PC Plus™ app.

Sometimes the PC Plus™ program will make offers based on your total spend on a transaction or grouping of products. These are considered bonus offers. Bonus offers may appear online or on your app, or in your participating store.
To earn points, just load your offers to your PC Plus™ card online or through the PC Plus™ app, then show your card when you buy the qualifying items in-store. You’ll also get bonus offers, flyer offers and in-store offers to enjoy. The more offers you take advantage of, the more points you earn.
This is the short form spelling of points. It sits beside the points value of an offer.
When you sign in to your account your points balance appears in the top right corner of every page. To see the details of your balance, go to My Account and then click Transactions. If you’re using the PC Plus™ app, select Transactions right from the springboard. Your points balance is also printed on your receipt every time you shop with your PC Plus™ card.
No. Your points don’t expire. However, you do forfeit your points if you don’t use your account for two (2) years.
1,000 points is equivalent to $1. Once you accumulate 20,000 points, you can redeem $20 off your grocery bill. If you are redeeming more than 20,000 points, you must redeem the additional points in increments of 10,000. For example, if you have 37,000 points, you can redeem $30 off your purchase, with a remaining balance of 7,000 points.
When you show your PC Plus™ card at checkout, the cashier will let you know the reward value of your balance, so you can choose to save them up or redeem a portion right away.
The points belong to the person who originally registered the account. However, if you add another card to your account and set it up for earning and redeeming points, the person carrying the card will also be able to redeem the points in-store. If you give someone else access to your account, you remain responsible for that person’s access and/or use of your account.
The more offers you take advantage of, the more points you earn. You can :

No. If you don’t show your PC Plus™ card or app, you won’t earn points when you buy the qualifying items. That’s why it’s important to bring your card every time you shop. Remember to always show it at the beginning of your transaction.
No. The cashier can’t look up your account number. You can always view your account details on the PC Plus™ app.

If you have a PC Financial® card, you will continue to earn points as you previously did (10 points per dollar with the PC Financial® MasterCard® or the PC Financial® World MasterCard® wherever you shop; and 20 points per dollar with the PC Financial® World MasterCard® or 5 points per dollar with the PC Financial® debit card at participating Loblaw stores across Canada). Points earned with a PC Financial® debit or credit card are in addition to any points you may earn through the PC Plus™ program.
If you haven’t confirmed your account, you won’t be able to redeem points in-store. To confirm your account, follow the link in your membership confirmation email. If you would like another confirmation email sent to you, you can find a link in My Account/Profile/Sign In Details or contact Member Services
No. Points are not transferable between members. However, if you combine multiple PC Plus™ accounts into one, the points will be pooled together. For example, if you and your spouse both have PC Plus™ accounts, you can combine them into one. That way, your points balance will grow faster and you’ll be able to redeem points sooner.
You can combine two accounts online by selecting Combine Accounts under the ‘My Account’ management functions. You will need the email address of the primary account holder in order to complete this action. Your points balance instantly updates after a transaction is made with your PC Plus™ card. If you’re using your PC Financial® debit or credit card as your PC Plus™ card, the points you earned as part of the PC Plus™ program will be applied to your balance right away. However, it may take a few days or longer for your balance to reflect the points earned for using your PC Financial® card to pay for your purchases.
Your account balance may be reduced by the number of points earned for that purchase, including any bonus points.
Unfortunately, you will not receive the points if the offer has expired.
Easy. Just tell us what type of suggestions you would like to see. Go to My Account, select Preference and Settings, and then set your Meal Preferences. You can choose whether your suggestions are based on your meal preferences, shopping habits or what’s on sale.
Your staples are items you regularly purchase. For example: eggs, milk and bread. On pcplus.ca, you can save an item as a staple and quickly add it to your list each week.
Within your Shopping List on pcplus.ca, select the staple symbol next to the item you would like to save. Once you’ve saved items as staples, you can quickly add them to your Shopping List by clicking Add My Staples.
To remove a staple item from your Shopping List on pcplus.ca, simply unselect it. The next time you add to your staples, the item will no longer be listed.

The program allows you to have and use multiple cards linked to a single account. The different numbers on your card, key tag, or mobile app barcode identify the individual devices, so you can track which device was used to earn or redeem points.
If you’ve lost your PC Plus™ card or key tag, you can visit a store to pick up a new one. If you think you may have just misplaced it, sign in to your account and change your card settings to “earn only”. That way, while you search for your card, you can rest assured no one will redeem your points. Once you find your card, you can change back your setting. The program is not responsible for any lost points on your account if you fail to notify us that your card has been lost or stolen.
No. Once you delete a PC Plus™ card, key tag or app from your account, it can no longer be used to earn and redeem points.
No. You should only have one PC Plus™ account. However, you can have multiple cards attached to your one account. In reviewing our store formats across the country it became apparent that the same products are located in many different areas of each store, and we have been trying to determine the most appropriate consistent location for these products in all of our stores. Accordingly, we are attempting to align our stores with a pattern that is consistent with the shopping habits of the majority of our customers. For example, the store departments will be arranged to go from non-food (i.e. pet, paper, laundry, cleaners, etc) to beverage and snack followed by cooking, ethnic, baking, lunch categories, breakfast and finally dairy/frozen. Having said this, these store transitions are always motivated by a desire to improve the shopping experience of our customers, not to overwhelm or frustrate them.
When purchasing a random weight item, the price will only have the price per /lb or /kg on the sticker as there is no way to weigh and price these items prior to them being placed on the reduced rack.

No, you are not permitted to pay online. You will need to pay any applicable charges for your order refill when you come in to the pharmacy for pick up or upon delivery (where available).
Yes, most prescriptions can be transferred. If your prescription is a benzodiazepine drug, it can only be transferred once. Moreover, Narcotic or controlled drug prescriptions cannot be transferred at all. Your Loblaw pharmacist will be able to provide you in-depth guidance about the process of transferring prescriptions (required by law in all Manitoba pharmacies).

Yes, you can choose to pick up your refill order from any Loblaw pharmacy location within the same province. No, currently e-refill is only available for prescriptions that already exist in your file at your Loblaw pharmacy. There is no account needed with e-prescription. We have developed a convenient and confidential method of capturing your prescription information each time you place an order, without having to set up an account.
Our ability to identify your date of birth helps us protect your privacy and assists our patient validation process.
You can ask your local pharmacy for a personalized enrollment card containing temporary credentials that you can use in order to create your online account. The temporary credentials do not contain anything that identifies you as a patient; therefore, this information cannot be used to gain access to your profile if the enrollment card is lost or misplaced.
E-refill will allow you to request a renewal of any valid prescription(s) in your file. Your pharmacist will then determine if the refill is adequate according to the information he or she has on-hand (it is the same process used when requesting a renewal in-person). However, you should always inform your new doctor of the medications you are currently taking because he or she may adjust your therapy as needed. Moreover, please ensure that you contact your Loblaw pharmacist if there are any changes made to your therapy prior to an e-refill request.
Once you enroll, you are able to view your medication history and select prescription(s) you need filled in order to submit a request for renewal. Furthermore, you will be able to also select a date and time that works best for you in order to pick up your prescription during pharmacy hours, or schedule for our home delivery service [if applicable]. Your pharmacist will then treat the refill request in the same manner as he or she would if the refill request was made in-person.
We require a minimum of 24-hours to process your refill order; however, when using e-refill, you will be able to select a date and time that works best for you for an in-store pickup or for our home delivery service [where applicable].
E-refill provides you access to the following services:
- You are able to view drug information sheets for your medications
- You are able to set up automatic renewals or refill reminders through text or e-mail
- You are able to view your medication history
- You are able to manage requests on behalf of someone else (certain conditions – see below)
- You are able to view and print a detailed summary of charges for given date ranges
For persons 14-years-old or older in Quebec, or 16-years-old or older elsewhere in Canada, wishing to grant access to another, an enrollment card must be used to first create their own profile as outlined above. That person would then have to grant a caretaker access as a custodian through the “My Managed Account” tab. The caretaker would be able to accept the request from the same section once logged into your account.
If the person is younger than the ages above, you simply need to enter the temporary credentials provided by the pharmacy for that person’s account into the Minor Custodianship section in the “My Managed Account” tab. However, once the minor attains the age of majority set out above, caretaker access to the account would be revoked.

Your Guiding Stars® profile is a tool that tracks the amount of Guiding Stars® rated products in your grocery shop and assigns a level from 1 to 5. The greater the number of starred products in your cart, the higher your level will be. We can even show you how your basket rates compare to the rest of Canada, your province, and your local grocery store. This tool is available to PC Plus™ registered members only.
Products can be rated with 1, 2 or 3 stars. Some products or in-store shelf labels have no stars.
Foods are credited for vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre, whole grains and omega-3 fats, and are debited for saturated fat, trans fat, added sugars and added sodium. A product will receive stars if the credited nutrients outweigh the debited nutrients. If an item or shelf label has no stars, it simply means one of the following:
a. The product does not meet the nutritional criteria for receiving a Star because the debits outweigh the credits.
b. The product is not rated because it has less than five calories per serving, for example, bottled waters, dried spices, and coffees/teas.
c. The product has not yet been rated. For locally sourced products this is common. Some products may take 2-4 weeks after they arrive in store before they are rated.

When you upload your photos, a copy is transferred from your computer to the photoLab.ca website servers. photoLab.ca does not keep copies of your photos once they are removed from the website.
To ensure you are getting the best quality print, use the maximum resolution uploader on photoLab.ca. photoLab.ca will warn if some or all of your photos are not suitable for printing
Resolution is the combined effect of a number of factors, including lens sharpness, contrast range, focus accuracy, and shutter speed; image resolution is generally a measurement of how much information is stored in a digital photo. Resolution is measured in pixels for digital cameras, pixels per inch (ppi) for scanners or monitors, and dots per inch (dpi) for printer output. For example, an image's resolution is the product of the number of pixels in the width and height of the image. This may be described as being 640 x 480 or 307200 pixels. Higher resolution photos have more pixels, and while they allow for more detail, they result in larger file sizes. The more pixels that an image contains (higher resolution), the better the picture.
For orders shipped to home, we use Canada Post Expresspost. Orders shipped to one of our stores can be picked up at the photoLab counter or at the customer service desk. If you are picking up your order in store, you should have the order number from your email confirmation with you to identify your order.
Yes! Now, you can pick up your prints at selected stores. There will be no delivery charge for this service, please check out our website for store locations near you. We do not offer in-store pick-up on photo gifts.

We use the highest quality archival print paper to print your images. This will ensure your pictures do not fade and will retain their true qualities for years to come. Archival paper combined with the most technologically advanced printing equipment produces a quality print that not only gives you maximum performance from your digital camera, but is also far too difficult and expensive to do with home equipment.
Cancellation of an order is not possible after photoLab.ca has sent an order confirmation and shipping notice email to you. photoLab.ca orders are sent instantly to a production to ensure you get your order as quick as possible.

On some computers, uploading images can cause the computer to become unresponsive as it processes and transmits the images. Let the uploader process the photos and if after a couple minutes the photo uploader is not progressing, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes. When you enter information on the photoLab site, the information is encrypted using the highest standard available, 128-bit security software to send and receive any credit card information for your orders. Encryption is the process of taking the characters you enter at your computer keyboard and scrambling them into bits of code before transmission. The bits are securely transmitted over the Internet to be deciphered when received by photoLab's Online Internet Service Provider (ISP). To anyone else, the information would be unreadable.
