Chicken Salsa con Queso Pretzel Pizza
Salsa con queso dip makes a yummy sauce for our pretzel pizza crust. We piled on roasted red peppers, chicken, onions and spicy cheese for a Tex Mex pizza to savour.
Position oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Top crust with dip, leaving 1-inch (2.5 cm) border around edge bare. Sprinkle cheese evenly over dip. Top with even layer of chicken, red onion and peppers.
Place pizza directly on lower oven rack. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, using tongs to slide onto cutting board. Sprinkle with green onion, cut into six slices and serve immediately.
