Normally Really Gopd

These croissants are normally very good, and I've purchased many boxes in the past at a different store location. I especially appreciate that they come frozen individually, so you can easily take out only the number you need. Simply thaw and bake - it's incredibly convenient! Unfortunately, the last box I purchased at the Country Hills location in Calgary was a complete mess. When I opened it to take out a few croissants, I found a mangled ball of dough instead. It appeared that the entire contents had thawed and then been refrozen, making the box unusable. I've since seen another post from someone who experienced the same issue, which makes me wonder whether there may be a problem with how these are being handled or stored in this location. Regardless of what happened, this box should never have been returned to the freezer and put out for sale. Once the contents had thawed completely and fused into one mass of dough, the box should have been discarded rather than sold to a customer. I'm disappointed because these have always been a product I've really enjoyed. Hopefully, the issue is addressed so other customers don't have the same experience.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Nice to have fresh baked. Microwave to thaw a bit, then bake (slowly) for about 20 mins. Don't let the box thaw or they'll be stuck together like a large knot. I suspect the vendor is not careful enough to keep them frozen in shipping and storage.

Waste of Money

This box of croissants were a solid block of frozen croissants. I couldn't get them apart and when I tried to thaw them they became too soft and still couldn't be pulled apart.

These are a great frozen product to have on hand. This is frozen raw dough, already shaped and just need to be thawed about 20 minutes before baking. Once baked, these are a generous size, and well worth every delicious bite!
