I've been struggling lately to find a product that works well for my hair as far as serums and oils go, and I am very happy to say that this 10-in-1 serum is my new go-to and an instant favorite. A little goes a long way with this and it immediately made my hair incredibly soft and silky. I deal with a lot of frizz both throughout my lengths and around the crown of my head and as soon as I applied this serum, the frizz was smoothed right away. It smells wonderful too – fresh and floral without any chemical-y scent to it. It did not make my hair feel greasy or weighed down like other serums I've tried, which is a real game-changer because I have an oily scalp to begin with. Although I pretty much exclusively air-dry my hair and do not use any kind of heat styling, I do like that this is a heat protectant for those who do. I have nothing but positive things to say about this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for the luxurious cherry on top of their haircare routine or an on-the-go frizz solution and shine enhancer. Last but not least, as someone who specializes in animal care and well-being, the most important aspect of this product and all Dove products for me is that they are a cruelty-free brand, because no personal care company anywhere in the world should be testing its products on innocent animals. Love love LOVE it!

This is my first time using this product and I must say wow this bond repair, smells soooo good. & you can visibly see a difference in my hair. First photo is without, second is with it. I only used a couple drops and started at the ends and went up just a little. Avoided my roots, I'm in need of a hair cut bad but for now this will work and make my hair look not so damaged. Love

so so good. i've never had a hair serum make my hair look and feel so amazing! it's non greasy too, which is great if you go heavy handed with it. smells lovely as well. please don't ever discontinue 🤍

I loved this stuff. It made my hair feel more full and didn't leave a build up, either on my comb or my hair. Then I ran out after maybe 4 bottles and my local stores no longer carry it. Bummer. Am hoping they still make it.

This product left a residue on my hair that couldn't be washed off and made it harder to brush my hair my hairdresser was in shock of the state of my hair after using this only a handful of times.

I can't get enough of the this serum. Lightweight w leaves my hair super smooth and gorgeous and I use way more than the recommended 2 pumps. My hair can't get enough. My hair is dry scalp not oil though. I use it before I blow dry and then to smooth things down after and whenever I need a boost of shine and smoothness.

I'm reviewing before I even use this because I had to come to this page to find out how to use it. Come on, Dove. You know better. Higher end products include directions (including whether to apply to wet, damp, or dry hair).

Really wanted to like this but it leaves my hair greasy. I keep trying to use less and stay away from the roots but with only using one drop I'm don't think that's enough for heat protection. Instructions would be really helpful! Wondering did they choose to leave instructions off the bottle on purpose?

I just purchased Dove 10 in 1 Bond Shield, and I am surprised that there is no instructions. I have been searching online and all I can find is use I to 2 pumps. Not very helpful. Is this product meant to be used on wet or dry hair? That's all I would like to know. Very frustrating.

Seen a commercial, Excited and went out bought shampoo, matching conditioner, and hair mask. When I had and bought the serum, even though I could not find any HOW TO USE DIRECTIONS on the bottle. Please inform your "expert team" to package product in such a way to include Instructions. I had to come to the website to find out how many pumps use whether to put it on wet or dry, etc.
