The Perfect Size

This 3.5 cup food chopper really is the perfect size for us as a couple travelling in our caravan around Australia 💕 It is very powerful at 240W. Since we're on batteries it draws 20 Amps at 12volt through our inverter (240Vac) so any caravan or camper can easily do that. Be careful, the blades ...

Almost burned down my house!!

I had this unit for only 3 MONTHS, when the day after Christmas it started to smell like melting plastic and the entire touch pad malfunction. Turns out the entire inside (wires) were faulty and hard burned through! The entire stove was a huge safety issue and could have caused a fire. Here we are m...

In general, it's worked very well. We've had an issue with the right front burner not starting right away. We've also had an issue with the oven shutting down after it's been turned off. It continues to heat. We have to turn it off at the breaker. We will be contacting our appliance retailer regarding the issue.

We bought this a couple of months ago because we were specifically looking for a high quality, dual fuel stylish range to complete our kitchen renovation. It's beautiful! The features, especially the baking/ warming bottom drawer is outstanding and we use it all the time to keep things warm. The top gas burners turn on instantly and the electric oven heats up in no time. The added benefit of the convection oven feature is to the benefit of those who want an even faster cooking option. Terrific. Finally, the innovative self clean oven feature using only water and steam is something all manufacturers should incorporate in the thinking and design. Overall, a great product and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a dual fuel range.

Still getting used to it, lower oven could be @2 inches taller, hard to get much in there like a loaf pan. Preheats about normal, Broils quick. Overall think it will be good range. Timer could be louder and repeat more often. . ,

I like the range. My only concern is that I'd recommend to move the control panel to the front instead of the top. I home can and while water bathing, water bubbled out and shorted my previous one out. (Same model). It was more cost efficient to purchase a new one.

Incompatible with Modern Wiring, Great Features

Product is incompatible with GFI/AFCI circuit breakers per the product manual. Since building code now requires such circuit breakers for kitchen appliances such as the range, this product is not suitable for newer homes. But when it works without blowing the circuit breaker, its great or I would give it only one star.

I like the stovetop, however, it would be more efficient if the smaller burners were in the front and the larger ones in the rear. The burner knobs turn on too easily and you can accidentally start the gas leaking. All it takes is contact with your body to turn them on. Otherwise, this is a good stove and the oven temperatures are consistent.

The heat distribution of the oven is uneven and the temperature is a bit off. This is also NOT a self cleaning oven. The cleaning cycle consists of some steam that does nothing for baked on spots. Very disappointed in this over for a top of the line model.

Breaks after a year and they don't care. Their resolution to me was to just tell me to buy another one and give me 25% off.

I really missed cooking on a gas range. I love the even heat, the extra burner and I especially love the convection feature. I love how it can convert your recipe time and temperature to use convection. This is a great range!

Purchased this item which is displayed with a range griddle. Did not receive the range griddle when the range was delivered, but received an email after I registered the range online with a promo code to receive the range griddle for free. Ordered the range griddle online using the promo code and received an order confirmation. After two weeks the status of my order had not changed so I called the phone number provided. After waiting on hold for a long time was told this was the wrong department and was transferred to a different department. Went through this same process multiple times spending approximately 6 hours on hold over two days. Eventually reached someone who said they could not fulfill my order but that they would send me a gift card through the mail so I could purchase the griddle locally. It's been another two weeks and I have not received the gift card, and I'm back on hold being transferred from department to department.
