I've received several compliments on the whiteness of my teeth that it catches me off guard. I see my teeth all the time so I don't pay attention to how much brighter they are after completing a full box of treatments. To be fair, my teeth have always been... brighter. I've never had them whitened professionally. I started using these strips because I increased my coffee consumption and trying to reduce the staining. Currently, on 2 cups a day. The best time to use the strips is an hour before bed. I brush off the excess and continue with my nighttime dental routine. I whiten twice a year. Anything more will make gums sensitive. Also, I prefer the lower level or whiteness so there's less chance of gum sensitivity. I've tried 12 levels before and had to stop mid treatment until my gums felt better. I won't always do the full 14 day treatment. From time to time, I may put them on in the morning and again that same night. Strips are very easy to use, especially compared to the toothpastes or LED lights.

Within 10 seconds of inserting the LED light into my mouth, it flashes red and shuts down. If you just turn it on, it will run - but as soon as it's inserted it's done.

I used the whitestrips as directed for 7 days and saw no noticeable difference in my teeth's coloration. I have used them before and they have worked well. I was very disappointed and want to know how to get my money back.

I used this daily for approx 3 weeks and teeth only whitened maybe 2-3 levels. They are a tad lighter, but nowhere near what the label and ads proclaim, i do not have crowns or enamels, these Re my original teeth. A gel product i sometimes buy on line has 25% peroxide and whitens far better.

I have never had problems with teeth sensitivity before. Normally I can bite into ice cream without my teeth hurting. These whitening strips left me in unbearable pain. I wake up in pain at night from these strips and can't sleep. It feels like my tooth got cut in half every time I use them. I tried taking them at different times or cutting them in half but nothing helps. I wish I never used these. I am writing this review as I have been up for hours since 3 am in pain from these whitening strips. My teeth have never hurt like these before.

I have been using Crest white strips for 5 days so far and my teeth are already noticeably whiter. Love it and can't wait to see the final result.
