The button that changes the griddle to grill broke by it self after only one year of using and the customer service told me they can do nothing about it

Love it!
Years ago I had a George Foreman. I got tired of cleaning it and the uneven cooking so didn't think of getting another until this past year. We are on a subscription beef delivery plan and I wanted to get back to making my own hamburgers in easy fashion. After reading multiple reviews, I settled on the Griddler. What a great investment! Best burgers ever and very easy to use. Clean up is super fast and I love that I can scrape the grill plates and then put them in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I have also fixed quesadillas, but burgers are what I mainly use it for with the SEAR setting.

Not a bad little grill, it does what it's made to do. Easy to use and cleanâŚtoo bad it came with a dent in the top.

A disappointment.
I bought this panini press thinking tha it was going to be like my old one, not even close.
Good, butâŚ
The panini press works well, but the sandwiches tend to slide out while pressing. I think that is an opportunity for improvement, perhaps by adding a feature that increases friction to help keep the sandwiches in place.
Griddling is a breeze
We are enjoying this griddler more than we expected! From pancakes to chicken to burgers, it is easy to use, and the results are great. Super easy to keep clean too.
Easy to use and great features and compact.
This is my second one. The first one was over ten years old. I basically used it for grilling two to three times a week. It is compact and easy to use. Easy to clean. I may try the other features with this new one. I am sad that is discontinued. I am glad I ordered it when I did. I love love love it.

It's especially convenient when I want grilled food without having to use an outdoor grill. The size is great for my kitchen, it's simple to use, and cleanup is easy. My paninis come out hot, crispy, and perfectly pressed. Overall, this has been a great addition to my kitchen.
