Good, but...
I like it and it seems to be a nice razor. I was getting a closer shave the first month but now the shave does not seem to be as close?? So the jury is still out for a little while since the blades are supposed to last two years.

Excellent shaver,the second phillips shaver i have used and am very happy with it.The battery life is good and the shaver is lighter than my previous one.I only have one problem and that is the on/off switch placement sometimes means i turn it off whilst shaving because of my grip,otherwise i would give it 5 stars.Overall i love it.

I am very pleased with the shaver especially the easy way it cleans. On days when my arthritis is particularly bad I tend to hold the shaver to close to the blades and consequently keep pressing the non/off button by mistake.

A reliable, quick, good shaver that holds charge
A good, reliable daily shaver. Am happy with it. It does a good job quickly. Wish the sideburn trimmer was permanently attached, as opposed to being a separate attachment.
Great Razor for a close shave
Great razor long lasting charge time and gives a good close shave. Like the fact you can use i5 wet as well as dry.
Excellent product and great VFM
I had a Phillips electric razor previously, which was bought as a present, which I used almost daily for a decade and it finally gave up the ghost so my wife bought me a new one and this one is even betteŕ! Very easy to use, very easy to clean and does an excellent job. Quick to charge it as well!
Redesign of product creates undesired challenges.
I do not like where the on/off switch is located; I keep hitting the off button when shaving. I miss the mustache trimmer. I don't like the idea that I have to pull off the head to replace it with the trimmer. It's hard to put the head back on after cleaning it. You can't keep making things cheaper and cheaper - it's not an improvement.
I shave with the razor...
I shave with the razor and never get a close shave. I have to lather up after using the electric razor and shave with my Bic or Gillette safety razors. I could shave with the electric razor for 1 hour and still have to shave with a safety razor. I'm vert disappointed with the electric razor.
