I knew somewhat what to expect since I had read previous reviews. If you're looking for a mayo that tastes identical to regular mayo, you probably won't like this one — it definitely has a sweeter taste and different texture. On its own, I usually don't love it. Where it really shines is in mixes and sauces. I add it to yogurt or various vinegars to make various salad dressings, or combine it with things like Vietnamese fish sauce–based dips to create creamy spicy sauces for Vietnamese-inspired chicken salad and similar dishes. For that sort of use, it's absolutely amazing. Mix it with balsamic vinegar and you have an great balsamic salad dressing.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
