Even thought my toddler is 2 year old and it says baby it works so well with his dry skin. He has the softest skin when I put it on him. Also works for me as well after I shower or doing the dishes I put in it on.

Very Fragranced
I bought this because we have the Cetaphil Calendula Baby Shampoo, which we love. But, this Shea Butter lotion is SO scented - which surprised me given that this is a baby product. I used this for my 2 year old after bath time, and we both woke up with allergies in the middle of the night from the scent. We had to shower him off in the morning. It also made us itchy, and my husband's hand became very itchy after using it. If you are sensitive in any way to smells, do not use this. I understand there is no "added" fragrance, but an ingredient in this product makes it heavily scented.
