Noticable hair loss
My hair has always been thick and full however I started using this product for around 2-3 months and my hair has thinned to nearly half the volume. You gotta try this-stopped severe hair fall
Hair was dry and roots greasy. Ph was a game changer. It's not perfect for colour protect but that can be my water or red dye. I find I need a leave in on top of the conditioner to keep my very fine a3 colored hair from Frizz. This is way better than professional low ph products that caused grease and fall. Thought it was hormones, nope. Now to deal with regrowth fuzzies

Wow I have just used the vegan shampoo & conditioner, my hair feels like and like silk , the ends feel so smooth, I will definitely be buying this all the time now❤️
Changed since moving to vegan
This was the best shampoo and conditioner available, however, since moving to a vegan formula it has totally changed. I've tested my hair from using the old style in comparison to the vegan one and my hair is totally different when using the vegan one. I will sadly not buy this product again. Such a shame as was a brilliant product.
May good for most poeple though~ allergic reaction
I started using both shampoo and conditioner of this product. I think it is okay for most poeple but this shampoo and conditioner somehow give me the allergy, itchy eyes and runny nose, probably from some natural ingredients used, so unfortuenately I had to give up using them though I liked the subtle herbal smell
Horrible smell
Been using this conditioner for many years, however, since changing to the smaller tube, the fragrance has been altered and it now smells revolting. I will not be using this product any longer.

Ajuda muito na reparação de danos químicos, uso de chapinha /secador e ação externa como clima e poluição. Super-recomendo. A linha toda é diferenciada. Já comprei e testei quase todos.
Gave me dandruff
Initially I was excited to try this shampoo with it being vegan and containing argon oil. Unfortunately, this shampoo has done something to my hair/scalp as after using it, I have developed terrible dandruff. Never had dandruff before and it just appeared as soon as I used this shampoo. Love Herbal Essences but this is not right for me.
Changed since moving to vegan bottle
Hi, I've always loved this product and have used it for many many years. Recently I've notified a change in bottle design and quality of the product. My hair is now dry and difficult to comb after using it. Shame as the product was wonderful. I avoid the bottles with vegan on as the older style bottles seem ok.
Produce has changed!
Have used this for a number of years and really loved it but since the packaging has changed, so has the formula and it is awful! Very disappointed!
